Shout-out to Sean and Preston, the two technicians they sent us to help out with HVAC services at 2 different houses. They were able to see both in the same day!

Same day response to an issue with our furnace. Thorough attempt at diagnosing a simple fix, ended up requiring parts that had be ordered from Mount Pilot. It’s an old HVAC system. Two days later back out to replace the failed part. Great personable service from Brett! Grateful we also have wood heat for just such occasions. Definitely recommend Commercial Service!!!

Bo did an excellent job during what was a stressful time for our family. He handled our pipe repair emergency with professionalism and showed genuine concern for our family’s well-being. There’s no one else I’d prefer to show up to handle our problem.

They are on time, courteous and very helpful. This service person took the time to show me all the settings on my fan for the thermostat and made suggestions because I have a large great room. I'm never had a maintenance person who wasn't excellent. And they're kind to my dog.

Commercial Service came to clean out my dryer vent today and got my dryer fully operational again. Found the remnants of a birds nest that we thought we had taken care of. The technician (Grant) was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Always satisfied with all the services we’ve received from Commercial Service in these last 6 years.

Have used Commercial Service many times and they do great work. They don't try to sell you things you don't need and they provide all the information to make good decisions. One of the Indy HVAC companies told me I needed to replace my entire system but Commercial Services fixed the issue for a modest cost - best 2nd opinion I've ever received. I've used them for many years since and they keep our HVAC system in good condition. All of their service people have been professional, friendly and knowledgable.
