Had a great experience with them. I called yesterday before 7:00 AM left a message, they called 7:01. The lady over the phone was super helpful and Paul was at my house at 8:30. He was very polite and had good acknowledge about HVAC. He responded all my questions and resolved the issue. I'm very happy with the service.

I had a problem with my water heater so I called Korte Does I All. Within a couple hours I received a call back saying there was a plumber on his way. When James got here, he was very nice and looked at the problem. He then explained to me exactly what was wrong and what he needed to do to fix it. James had a helper with him, who I forgot his name, but both got to work right away and from the time I originally called to th time they finished was only about 5 hours. I will definitely call Korte again if I have any problems around the house. Thanks James and Korte Does It All.

Generator Technician Ryan Martin provided the annual service of our backup generator. He was also the person who originally installed it. Continue to appreciate his knowledge and professionalism. He called ahead as requested, showed up on time, handled everything in a friendly, professional manner, left the are clean, and even brought up our newspaper from the driveway. Always appreciate having him check over our generator because of his knowledge and willingness to answer questions.

We called Korte mid morning due to a leaking water heater . Mike Yereb and Layne arrived mid afternoon. Removed the old water heater and installed the new one in about an hour and half. Very Professional and courteous technicians. Discussed the questions I had about going to a tankless heater and answered all my questions. Explained the new controls and the settings. Highly recommend this installation team.

Have enjoyed reminder calls & notices from Billie for quite a few years now - Thanks for you dedication and service. Pretty sure 1st time aquaitence w/ Josh and the traditional excellent Korte svc and technical expertise present. Above and beyond was Josh's personal treatment and interest in us as a Customer. While I know it takes a minute or so away from the task at hand all Korte Techs have been a pleasure to talk to and work with.

Horrible!!! Will never us or recommend to anyone!!!! There is so much miscommunication, one know what's going on!!! I had a drain plugged up, I told the person that I made the appointment with there was 2 inches of water in the basement. the next appointment available wouldn't be till 4 o'clock next day, never saying that they wouldn't work in the water. The plumber showed up at 4 and said he wouldn't go in the basement till the water was removed! He called other company to pump out the water. Kortes left and I called A1 sewer, they were here in a half hour, got the job done in 20 minutes... That why I will never us Kortes again! Oh by the way Kortes still changed me a service call...

My service pro was Rudy J. and I could not have been more pleased with his work. The necessary repair was performed efficiently and within budget. He was professional in appearance and attitude. I wouldn't hesitate to ask for his help again in the future.

John W. from Korte is a might fine plumber. I had a water leak, and he figured out the right thing to do for the repair, and handled the task way better than I thought was possible. He drained the pipes of water, remove old leaking shut off valve, and install new pipes that fit right without any leaks.

Also Rudy J. from Korte is a might fine electrician. I had two electrical issues that he figured out real fast what was wrong, and the best way to repair them. I had in my mind a way to fix it, but his way the correct way, for my way was much more labor intensive and wrong.

Thanks again Korte for having both fine service technicians and staff available.

The service guy himself was okay. I didn't like that he wouldn't tell me how much my part was or give me a breakdown of what I was paying for. I called the company where my part came from and my part was $35.00 probably plus shipping. The job was $363.00 not including the $121.00 discount because it took so long through no fault of their own. It took him less than five minutes to complete the job. Turns out I could have done that myself. The tech said, "It's easy," when I said that didn't take long. Leads me to wonder. What is their hourly rate. He told me they do a flat fee. That's some flat fee.
