Great company to work with in my experience so far! My first appointment had to be rescheduled because someone called in sick but they were quick to let me know and rescheduled for the next day. Nick, the technician, was very professional and courteous. Trevor, the sales consultant who came another day for a quote, did a great job as well and showed me the options available without pressuring me to buy anything until I was ready. I will definitely be calling them back when I'm ready to replace my AC unit!

James was very informative on what had to done to fix our plumbing and kitchen faucet. He was very polite and explained every thing he did. told us how to take care of the new faucet that he replaced, to contact Korte if something isn't working properly, and how to get online if we need to replace anything after the year warranty of Korte. Explained does and don't of the old plumbing in our house also. Thank you James

Mike arrived first thing in the morning. He was pleasant and professional. He assessed the problem, explaining what he found and how he would fix it, then got right to work. His confidence, in his ability to do the job right, assured me that I would be pleased with the work. Mike worked quickly, without rushing and tested everything before he left. I appreciate that Mike explained everything and offered suggestions for maintaining for the future. Mike represented Korte so well, and completed the work with such ease, I won’t hesitate to call Korte in the future.

It may not be often that the first company in the Google search results is the ideal choice to respond to your 12AM Easter Sunday morning sump pump issue, but this time, I feel that was exactly the case.

Chad is, in my opinion, the absolute best person that could have shown up and performed the needed replacement. He was meticulous and skillful in his work, considerate, and just generally a very caring and engaging person to have in your company.

Based on Chad's visit, I am very satisfied with the quality of both the service and people at Korte Does It All and will keep their number handy for anything else I may need.

Mike was very informative and did an awesome job. He arrived within one hour of my phone call and had my water heater installed and the old one gone in two hours. I only have good things to say about Korte. They have helped my out more than once and their employees have been nothing but polite and helpful. Thank you!

Rudy was so professional and did a wonderful job of explaining what needed to be done and why. He was also one of the nicest, most friendly technicians I have ever had out to the house. When I need to have an electrician back out, I definitely plan on requesting Rudy. Korte has always been very fair and professional when they have been here, and I would highly recommend them.

Our Korte technician called before coming to our home as promised. Ryan M came out right after a snow storm and below freezing temps to service our generator. His friendly personality makes it a pleasure to have him around! He also does a wonderful job maintaining our generator!

I was very impressed by the speed and quality of service. Within two hours after the first contact with Korte, Neal arrived at our house and replaced our disposal. The work was done efficiently and professionally, and he willingly answered my questions. It was a very positive experience.
