Northern Tool + Equipment

Terrible experience. Will not be planning a future order with Northern Tool regardless of the deal.

Ordered a saw that was in stock, scheduled to ship the next day. We are now at two weeks with no saw, or update from their end.

That is unacceptable, I understand as customers we should be used to shipping delays, but as a company you should have a system in place to communicate delays honestly.

I have had to call every two days for an update, and everytime “they just got a shipment in an hour ago, and I’ll receive tracking today or tomorrow “

Requested a catalog months ago. Never received. Will try again

Good products, but if you need an invoice, good luck. Been trying all day, even after they've sent a message or from a call that it's on its way.

I love this place and the people who work here. Everyone has always been extremely helpful, friendly and just genuinely nice people. I've come here for a few different things over the past and never had a bad experience. In one experience, just recently, I bought a weed whacker that wasn't working right. Ben in service took care of things in the utmost professional manner. When I got it back, I messed up on putting it back together, so I called Ben and asked if he could help. I was there within 10 minutes and he was there to help. I highly recommend this place and hope that Northern Tool never fires Ben! He is a great customer service, knowledgeable individual that you want to keep. You just don't get service like this much anymore.

I made my purchase online without any problems. The price of the item was reasonable compared to other brands. I was pleased to see that my item was in stock locally and ai can pick it up at the store.

Nice place, Decently priced, friendly staff, the staff ask if I needed help and after I said that I was ok, checked with me later to make sure i was still ok. Didn't have the 1/0 gauge wire lug i need but did have some other things at a good price. I will definitely recommend this place whenever I can. I have a catalog for here at home I'm going to see if what I need is in it.

It is a very cool place if you like tools. I have only ever ordered from their catalog, so it was very cool to actually go there and purchase the items and get them the same day.
