Diagnosis was way off the mark. Was told that I would need a $1200 to 1800 $ repair or replacement of entire unit. Parts would take six weeks. Ricks Repair got it back up and going in 1.5 hrs. For less than $250.

Elite Heating and Air does amazing work! They were professional and on time. They are without a doubt the best in the business and their customer service was above and beyond. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future!

Travis was awesome!!! He was friendly, on time, knowledgeable, and was welcoming to our new puppy! Our puppy barked and barked at him and he was super kind and friendly! I really appreciate his patience too. I was on a work Zoom call and couldn’t talk with him right away when he was done. He was fantastic and should definitely get a shout-out!

I called the company and they had someone out there less then 1 hr. I can brag about the rep that came to see. Aaron was soooo polite, down to earth and answered my millions of questions I had. This is my 1st big purchase I had to get done out of 22 years to my home. Yes, Aaron knew his stuff about every unit the company had for heating and cooling. I will definitely refer this company to friends, family and strangers that need this type of work.

When we bought our house the duct work in the crawlspace had a bad condensation problem. Insulating the duct work would have been the appropriate fix, but was told by one of Elites employees that there wasn’t enough room around the duct to insulate them. So they decided to cut holes in my distribution box and cooled my crawlspace. Then they closed off the vents in the foundation. This led to mold growing and now having over 15k worth of work done to the crawlspace. Which includes 6k to treat the mold growth alone. I’ve been waiting over 2 months for a return phone call from the manager with no response. I’ve called multiple times just to be met by rude responses from the secretary. Now that we had to have the work done in the crawlspace everyone says that the ducts could have 100% been insulated. This is just pure laziness on Elite’s part. If I could give them a 0 I would! For anyone that ends up with mold in their crawlspace And needs treatment. We highly highly recommend ANR restoration. They get your 5 stars and an additional 5 stars! They are amazing, responsive, respectful and extremely knowledgeable professionals.

Our AC wasn’t flipping on, I called on a Friday afternoon and they came out Monday (this wasn’t an emergency situation, so the time between phone call and appointment felt quick). Travis was thorough, professional and explained what the problem was. And why it was a problem. I definitely recommend.

WHERE DO I START ? This company is a total joke. My unit was put in 2017 as a new construction home. The unit quit working and noticed our light bill being alot more and was running on emergency heat. I have been under alot trying to move 3 houses and my husband wanted me to call a local heat and cool company and I somehow called another by mistake. So I went along and let the company come big mistake. They told us it was going to cost us 2500 and couldnt promise us it would work and we could pay 5000 for another and it would work. They told my husband they took pictures of the leaks. They pretty much said our unit was junk and we needed another unit. When I scheduled this appt. I told them I would leave a blank check on table and my mother in law would fill it out and pay them. They said that was fine. Then I get a phone call at work telling me what all was wrong and they wanted to know how was I going to pay for it ? I can pay by phone they said and I said my mother in law has the check and was there and they tell me she left they dont take checks and I told them when I set up the appt they said it was ok. (They tried to get me to pay again.) I told them my husband would follow up with them.

I then contacted my local heat and cool company and they came the next day. The only thing the local company found wrong was a small leak where a wire rubbed against another. They braised it and recharged it. They said our over all our unit looked in good shape but. The company that said so many things were wrong with it and they wanted us to buy their brand. If they took pictures ? How when the second company pulled the lid off cob webs pulled apart and there was a wasp nest underneath. There is now way they even looked underneath. This is a fraud company that tries to use people to buy their products and lie. So sad. CUSTOMERS BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I paid them for what they did and I didnt use their services further.

Elite installed a new system for us 2 years ago. They were here yesterday for our maintenance check. I couldn't be more pleased. They are ALWAYS on time, call ahead of arrival, perform their duties , and are respectful. You can't go wrong with Elite.
