Not fun news to get, but it was sort of expected & I appreciated the direct assessment of the situation. A reasonable quote was given, along with financing options. There was no pressure when I asked to think about it over the weekend before going with a final decision.
Todd from Elite was on time and friendly. The thing I loved the most was how he explained everything regarding my heating and ac unit in terms that I would understand. Also, Todd worked with me to find a price that I was comfortable with without pressuring me in to buying something I didn't need. I would definitely recommend reaching out to Elite first!

Not only is Todd fantastic with his knowledge but a true people person as well. Not often do you get a man with the wealth of knowledge of the systems but combined with his people skills. Excellent service. I use them twice a year to the maintenance to the AC and heater. Every single person that has come to my home has been very professional and extremely nice. This time was Todd who came to do the service. It is a real pleasure to talk to him. He is very knowledgeable, very kind and nice person. I recommend this company.
Elite Heating and Air has terrible customer service. I bought a $10500 dollar unit from them in November of 2019 with a 10 year parts and labor warranty and I have had problems with the unit almost every year. Every single time a tech has come to my house they are very unprofessional and they don't ever have the right tools for the job. Their hours of operation are a joke. If they come to your house after 5pm or on a Saturday or Sunday it is going to cost you money even if you paid almost $3000 more for that warranty. Here's a recent incident. I came home from work to find that the furnace was leaking water. I called them at 4:30pm, they were going to charge me $140 to come out since it was after hours, I had them schedule me for the next day at 2pm. Their technician Robby came out and solved the furnace problem at a cost of $90 because that wasn't covered under warranty. Later that day I realized the AC pump wasn't coming on, I walked outside and saw the fuse box open with the fuse for the pump sitting on top. I called Elite to explain what I found and they informed me that someone could come out tomorrow even though their technician created the issue by removing the fuse and not putting it back. Ridiculous.
Called came right out and took care of the situation. I work out of town alot and own 4 rentals. Always good to have a contractor take care of things when called on.

Made a difficult and stressful situation a little less painless by giving us different options and also gave us private time to talk about it and didn't rush us. Thank you for being so helpful and was able to get ac and heat instalation the next morning. The 2 instalation guys were also friendly and told me what was going on every step of the way and answered all my questions and made sure to not leave any mess when they left.
Todd was great he was good about communicating with me about the process. Walked me through the process and helped me make a great decision. He was very friendly, quick, and accurate with his work. He is a guy who has really practiced his craft. Highly recommend him and the Elite company.
