Darren was very nice but I found it to be offensive that I was told I needed a $550 (discounted to $450, but only for that day) surge protector when I just spent over $13k on a new HVAC less than 6 months ago. If this was needed than why wasn’t it offered in the first place?
I had both units replaced HVAC and gas furnace. I asked to go up a size or what's the biggest unit I could get. At the time I was pleased. Until the system keeps developing leaks. I can't go 6months without calling them. Today no surprise ac out again. I called and they wanted me to do there pre maintenance plan package. Why should I have to spend more money on something they can't get right in the first place. My old system worked fine I wanted to replace it so I didn't have to have any worries. Ever since they installed this unit I had had nothing but trouble. My advice is find someone else who you can trust.
I was a member of their plan and when I did have issues they would only come out during set hours when I couldn't be home. 8 to 3. They wouldn't budge on the times. Instead always wanted me to cater to them.
I also found out that they did not plumb my furnace to code.
If you see them taking a hacksaw to your lines I would stop them and send them away. I turned a blind eye and look where it's gotten me.
Nothing else to say except very unsatisfied customer. Also planning on contacting the BBB.
Elite heating and air conditioning in new Albany IN is the worst company ever. Terrible customer service. Our unit is little over 2 years old and we have been without heat and air for 6 months out of the time. This unit was a little over 11k and we have a 10 year warranty. They came out here about 20 times and always it’s something else or we need another part blah blah blah. We would wait for a month to get a part just be told we need something else. The boss Aaron is a flat out liar, he is the one that sold us this unit and is telling us how great it was. He now states he didn’t sell it to us which is a lie. He now states that our unit is junk. Throwing his own guys under the bus. Please do yourself a favor and never hire them.
Technician told me what I already knew and recommended a solution that (a) did not work and (b) was not recommended by Carrier. He also did not follow up (no calls, no one called me to schedule a follow up visit). I am out the cost of a service visit without any solution. Carrier recommended the thermostat firmware be reloaded. Technician recommended reinstall of the last software update. The thermostat will not allow a reinstall of already installed software updates.
This company saved my life, was breathing carbon monoxide from our old furnace, getting sick. They caught the issue and replaced our furnace , and since then have protected other families to which I have referred them. They actually inspect your equipment for safety and some other companies fake it. Get the real deal
Travis arrived at the scheduled time to provide service/maintenance for my AC. He was safe, professional and very knowledgeable about his craft. He was informative and provided me some excellent advice on maintaining my AC unit in good shape. Best of all, he was honest in answering my questions, and I appreciate that. Outstanding service from Travis and the Elite Co.
Had a great experience when they replaced the AC/furnace in my rental. They were able to come out quickly to quote, and completed the work the next day.
The pricing was better than some bigger "corporate" companies, but not as cheap as smaller companies. Less risk going with them compared to a smaller/newer company though.
The guys that installed it were great. Friendly, knowledgeable, left the place as clean as it was, and didn't mind all the questions I asked.

I received a calling informing me the technician was on his way. He was on time. He offered to wear a mask without me asking him to wear a mask.
He serviced both units. Disposed of my old air filters and you would never have known he was here - very neat!
