Home Warranty encouraged a/c inspection. Service requested on May 19. Connett recommended. The first appointment was rescheduled for another time. Second appointment, service person sick. Third appointment, June 18, the service person was professional but asked us why he was there. After service person departed, the a/c unit would not cool. It worked before the appointment. But Connett would not send repair person without going through our home warranty company. I am on hold with home warranty company to reschedule repair with another company. What a waste of time and energy.

Connett, If you break something, you are responsible for the repair.

The technician called on his way, showed up on time. Juan was very professional and repaired our A/C, provided pictures of a problem a mouse caused and repaired those wires. He gave suggestions on care for our A/C. Thank you very much!!

Our furnace stopped working when it was 13 degrees out and a Saturday. Roy’s first available appointment was for the next morning. But then he had an opening and fit us in. He came out the same day and got our furnace working again. We will need some follow up service and plan to use him. Great service and knowledgeable guy.

The Gentleman who serviced my AC was great: punctual, good-natured, communicative, quick at his profession. He gave substantive answers to all my questions; not only did my AC come back online, but feel marginally more empowered to keep the AC healthy.

Juan my technician was on time and very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose my problem quickly and with 1 hour, my heater was working again.
