I appreciate that the service techs are professional and honest and do not use pressure sales to convince me to make purchases I don’t really want or need. I have been extremely happy with the work they have done and will continue to have Thrasher service my system.

Had a Thrasher plumber do a toilet rough in for our bathroom remodel. They were excellent, work was competent and speedy. Labor cost was appropriate. However, the upcharge for materials was a bit outrageous. $13/ft for 3” PVC that is about $3/ft from the home store. $30 for a PVC elbow that is $5 from home store. $30+ for a coupler that I can’t find anywhere priced higher than $15. Ridiculous. These are common items that I expect a contractor is likely getting a bulk discount on to keep their trucks stocked.

If they want to charge me more, add it to the labor cost. That’s totally fair. But tacking it on to a materials upcharge is intentionally opaque and not as sneaky as they think in a world where google exists.

I've used this company before and always call them for plumbing issues. They came the day after I called and fixed my shower easily. Friendly, professional and capable. I'll call them next time.

Semi annual maintenance. Thorough work by a true professional that knows what to do, and most importantly cares a great deal about doing an excellent job. Dave gave me great advice to have my ducts cleaned, which I wouldn’t have thought about on my own, but could lead to stream inefficiency and equipment breakdown.

We were very very pleased with our experience, and the work by Thrasher. . Your repair person, SAFET, did a fine job. He was knowledgeable and personable, and explained our choices clearly. He showed us the faulty disposall.

We have purchased our AC, Furnace, and hot water system from Thrasher. After nearly 2 decades of service to our family I can easily say I wholeheartedly recommend them to friends and family.

After nineteen years of relying on Thrasher Service I am very grateful that they always there when I need them! The quality of their work is exemplary. Their team is highly skilled and I always am treated with care and respect. In late November of 2011 my furnace died. It was in the single digits and Steve removed the old furnace and installed the new one promptly, including significant new ductwork He "got 'ur done" before darkness fell and the temps dropped to below zero. For me, that says it all! Thank you Thrasher!
