Thrasher has always been my "go to" company. They are not only professional but customer centric, on time, friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about what they do.

Don't use Thrasher Service unless you want overcharged, lied to and treatly rudely. On 12/31 we called Thrasher Service to repair our furnace. We were left with a $126 bill and no heat again by that night. We called them back on 1/2. We were then charged an additional $203.52 to replace a part (in warranty) that costs $35.00 online. The reasoning from Toni (who is very rude and has a very hard to understand speech) is that the tech had to drive across town to get the part. We were charged $144.00 for him to drive to get the part. Toni agreed to remove only 1/2 hour of the labor charge. In the end, we have to pay $273.88 for a $35 part that is listed online as having a 15 minute installation time. We are very unhappy and hopefully others will read this and take heed. Never again, Thrashers!

I was getting a new floor put in my bathroom when we had a problem with the shut-off valve on the toilet. I called Thrashers and they were there within the hour!! Very professional and very courteous!!!!

Allways very courteous. Nice people to work with. Just wish they would come earlier in the heating or cooling season. Seems I am using the units alot before they get serviced.

Excellent work by the plumber Safet, friendly and considerate. Good pricing as well, way better then The Golden Fool.

My water heater died in the basement flood. I called Monday morning and by Tuesday afternoon, I had a new heater, in place and the old one taken away. I have hot water. They were neat, clean, explained everything to me that was going to happen. They are going to my got to service when I need plumbing .
