I contacted, Lozier on their website about my AC acting up. By the next morning, they had arranged for tech, Logan to come out and inspect everything. After diagnosing the problem, it made more sense to replace my 18 year old unit, so I was put in touch with consultant, Ryan who was able to come out that same day. After looking at my system and existing equipment, Ryan was able to give me a variety of proposals the next morning that fit both my budget and comfort needs. Ryan made himself available with my crazy work schedule to answer a number of questions and walk though the pros and cons of all the systems that were recommended to me. When install came, technicians, Austin and Jeremy arrived prompt and prepared. Both were courteous and polite. Jeremy even went the extra mile and explained all of the changes that took place with equipment inside my home and what to expect moving forward. All members of the team that I encountered were awesome and personable. If you are looking for great customer service and quick responses, you should look no further. I can’t thank this team enough… They really took the anxiety, stress, and worry out if costly HVAC repairs and replacements.

Our central AC unit has been on the fritz for years. After years of battling with the HSA warranty, we finally decided to just purchase one outright. Husband called Lozier and they came out that same day for a consultation. Discussed options and pricing. A week later, our new unit was installed and we are thrilled with the service and the finished product! I didn't catch their names, but the crew was professional, friendly, and efficient! We had been stressing about doing a full HVAC replacement in our home. Lozier not only made the process super easy and stress-free for us but the work they did was top-notch. Even though they have grown from a small local company they still put their customers first. Alvin is one of their best technicians. He listens, is always on time, proficient in his work, and provides helpful tips to make sure your AC stays in tip top condition.

It’s time to use that warranty for an AC Service Check. I’ve said it numerous times, in my thirty some odd years in utilizing various Heating and Cooling Companies — in the surrounding Des Moines Area —with their verbose warranties — none can top Lozier in standing by their written word with scheduling, pricing, and highly trained service repairmen. Alvin, service repairer, is one very thorough professional. If you get him — you need not worry about something bring over looked. Thanks Lozier for hiring and retaining high caliber professionals— by the way if it were not for Alvin — I would not be renewing my warranty when it comes up within a year (trust factor) — so give him a raise for being dependable, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and for offering high quality service to long time customers!

Tyler was very thorough diagnosing a problem with the blower on our air/furnace unit. In addition, he has fantastic communication skills. He was able to explain the repairs so I easily understood what was wrong and what parts and labor were needed. I appreciate his work and I am grateful for his skills!

Overall it was a fantastic experience. They sent someone out right away to fix our furnace. The tech was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, kind and efficient. I am thankful I used their service and I will definitely use again in the future.
