the technicians were very knowledgeable and easy to work with and understand what they were doing during the install. They used tarps to protect the carpet and cleaned up the work area when finished.
Ryan our Sales Engineer was very informative, knowledgeable and polite. He listened to our needs and wants, then provided estimates timely based on our discussion. He was here along with the installers at different times during the day and provided training on the new thermostat and controls for the system.
We got home from work to find our A/C not working. One phone call to Lozier, and less than 30 minutes later the tech was at our home. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes and we had our comfort level restored. You pay a little more for after hour repair, but when it's 90 degrees out, it's totally worth it.

I chose a top of the line Lennox SLP99V variable-capacity gas furnace, an EL16XC1 a/c, and an icomfort S30 thermostat. I hit Ryan pretty hard with lots of follow up questions. He always responded within a few hours, and never made me feel like I was an inconvenience (even though I probably was). The guys that did the install were kind and respectful, They worked as a team, at one point there were four guys here. They finished the project in one day. They cleaned up behind themselves and even took extra time to explain some things. Ryan returned at the end of they day to check the finished results and explain the thermostat. These guys know what they are doing, and it was obvious they cared about their workmanship. My first utility bill after the new a/c was $38 less than the month before, and $41 less than the same billing period last year. If you are looking to replace your furnace, a/c and or water heater, give Ryan a call. He’s a good guy.
Hands down the company to go with! Honest, quick service and won't upsell you on stuff you don't need. If you need hvac work you need to start here and don't waste your time with the heavy advertisers.
