We purchased a new HVAC system though them. We wanted a new efficient system as we had added a large addition. We bought the top of the line system. We had issues from day one with vent tubing plugging up and it being very noisy. After several attempts at repairs, it finally seemed to be working ok. Then comes the blizzard over Christmas and I get up to a cold house. The furnace shut down. I tried what I could and no luck. I called their emergency line, had some suggestions, tried with no luck. I got a hold of Fred, my salesperson, who I felt did a great job selling the system and getting things taken care of, but had to wait several days before someone would come out. They determined it was the exhaust part of the furnace, not the fresh air vent as it had been at other times. But he wasn't going to fix it as he would have to get on the roof. I physically am not able to do it as I am on the verge of disability. So had to wait for it to warm up for the pipe to thaw out. Sort of ridiculous to spend $18,000 on a new system that the furnace won't work when it gets too cold. Cost me $300 for a service call that they would not fix anything. Not a happy customer!
Bill was very professional and very kind. I called at 3AM because my heat wouldn't stay on in the middle of winter in Iowa. Bill made it out toy home very quickly and listened to what I had to say on what was going on. With that, he got it all fixed very fast and the price was much lower then I was expecting. He gave me great information on what he had to do and what I need to do to keep the problem from happening again. If I ever have issues again, I will be hoping Bill is the one that comes out to help me.
Had my annual AC inspection. Setting up my appointment was quick and easy (I do belong to a maintenance program, so this helped) The technician was professional and friendly. He got straight to work and finished up promptly. He even remained to answer some performance questions. I have used Lozier's for several years, and have been very satisfied with the service.
