Josh was amazing! He took his time to explain the issues we were having. He made sure we understood. His patience was so appreciated. Being on a fixed income he didn't act as if he wasted his time. I’m having my A/C system replaced. Rick came out to check my old system although I was already aware that the system needed to be replaced. Rick was professional, friendly, and spent considerable time explaining my options. He was thorough in his explanations of those options, and I feel very comfortable with my decision to have his company perform the job. Rick was a welcome, positive, and supportive part if that decision.

Rick S is great! He came out on one of the hottest days on record and got me up and running again. He even worked around the massive cage I have on my outside unit and didn't complain once. This company doesn't have the same scammer vibe that most AC companies do and I'm glad to have found them!

Josh was great! Very professional and always a pleasure to speak with. Annual tuneup service is well worth the price to have systems checked out 2x a year.
