One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating of the Northshore

Kyle was exceptionally professional and personable. He made sure to go over all options with me. We had him install 6 quantum hospital grade UVC light systems in both of our HVAC unit. We will also be using them for replacement of both units. This company in general along with Kyle was the best experience I have had ever with an HVAC contractor. He was to my home in less than an hour from my very first call. This contractor is 5+ stars. Kyle was able to do all of the necessary installs right then and did not have to come back for supplies. This place and Kyle really know how to get things done quick and right! Thank you for the great service!

I called for service on a Saturday because my A/C unit wasn’t working properly & they were available. Gus was the person that came out, and he was very informative, nice and pleasant. He cleaned my unit really good & got me up & running again!

My air conditioner started blowing hot air on Sunday morning at 9 o’clock. I called one hour, and Josh came out and two hours later everything was operating perfectly. He was very professional and thorough and I would happily use him again.

The service technician, Georgia was prompt, professional, competent, and courteous. She respected me and my home while she went about servicing my A/C equipment. She was very thorough and explained everything so I could easily understand what she was doing. I highly recommend her to others and I will request her as my service technician in the future.
