DO NOT BUY THEIR MAINTENANCE PACKAGE!!! EVEN IF DISCOUNTS SOUND GOOD!!! Yes we are all dependent on our AC’s in the south!! BUT…Last year our AC went out. Called this company found holes in the system leaking Freon. Said we needed a new inside unit. Told about their maintenance package twice a year service. Summer and fall…fall came and went not a call to set an appointment summer arrived no call for appointment. Bought a new system from another company saved couple thousand dollars compared to their quote. Was told at time of purchase I can cancel at anytime. So now I want to cancel maintenance package and they want to charge me for months left on package and a cancellation fee and any discounts I received for signing up. BEWARE WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!!!

He came to my home in a timely manner after contacting me, he inspected my system and informed me of its failure due to motor overall failure. He quoted prices to me about a replacement system which I haven’t decided on yet and he gave me his contact information for me to contact him after I made a decision. All done in very professional and courteous manner.

Hired them for their $97 freon check with up to one pound of R410a. They said they added a pound and it needed up to 2 more. Sent a some crazy high price for adding more R410a (over $150/lb when the stuff costs $25-$50/lb). Offered to do a $100 stop leak service for over $500 that was was just as likely to destroy my system as it was to fix it (every other company I talked to told me not to do it). Sent me options costing up to $1200 (I just needed freon). I made some other calls - everyone was much cheaper for adding R410a (less than half as much). Had a reputable company come the next day and they had to add 4.4lbs to my 8lb system, meaning it was highly unlikely (polite way of saying "no way") that One-Hour added the pound that was included the day before (an 8lb system with 2.6lbs in it couldn't have been cooling at all). Call someone else.
