Great guys! They worked nonstop removing the old HVAC and installing the new one until the job was finished. One worked inside and the other worked outside in my backyard. They both went over everything once they completed all work. Clean up any mess and we’re very professional.

HVAC tech, William, was very helpful and thorough in diagnosing the issue with our A/C unit. He was able to repair it and explained what the issues were and what he was doing. Really appreciated his thoroughness and helping me understand the system even when it was the end of day.

Kevin was absolutely wonderful. He arrived promptly at 8am, quickly got to work and was able to diagnose the issue and amend it the same day! I went from having no AC to having AC in less than an hour. I'd recommend Kevin 100%!

We just moved to Maryland and purchased a home with problems that arose when we moved in and were not identified by the home inspector in his report. We called Michael and Sons to give us a quote on replacing the water heater and the technician they sent was Mr Joseph Hawkins. He strikes to me as a very experienced technician, very professional and thorough with his job. He also discovered that the backflow valves were expired and recommended replacement which I completely accepted. This was one integral part of the inspection which was again omitted by the home inspector. Another technician, Chris, who serviced my HVAC was very polite and had good recommendations to make the system run efficiently. Great team from office to front line technicians. The sales manager and installation team were wonderful. The process was laid out and explained with great detail.

I thought I needed an additional unit and was introduced to zoning which saved me a great deal of money. It was 3 times less expensive than an additional unit.

I have been in my home for 23 years. As the weather changes, the conditions on my top floor got unbearable.

This was so necessary and I’m so excited.

Without hesitation, I would recommend Michael and Son. The technicians arrived on time (early), were professional and knowledgeable. They were responsive - checked the heating system, diagnosed the problem and replaced my heating system in a timely manner. In addition, they protected my hardwood floors with a cover, so the floors would be protected as they retrieved the supplies needed for the job.

I would like to give extra kudos to Devin English and Devon Holmes. Both gentleman were extremely courteous, very polite, effectively communicated the details of the job in layman terms so I could easily understand and treated me and my home with the utmost respect. This was my first time using Michael and Son and the service provided exceeded my expectations.

The technician that came was helpful, professional, and patient when I asked a lot of questions. I highly recommend their service. The text reminders were great especially when I got busy at work and nearly forgot to leave on time to get home for the appointment.
