I have a HVAC warranty with them so called them when my garbage disposal blew, they charged me $98 to come out and confirm that it was indeed broken then said they would charge over $500 to replace it. Such a scam and waste of time.

Marquise was very professional, efficient and answered all of my questions. He communicated with me when he was delayed. I was very pleased with the service I received.

I used this company through my home warranty to do some plumbing work: running crapper and clogged sink drain The young man did a nice job to help solve my minor problems, but he insisted on trying to sell me on other unrelated jobs that are not covered by the warranty. This is a business model that I despise. I am sure many people get duped by this tactic.

Their technician Horace arrived in a timely manner and listened as I explained the issue I was having with my HVAC unit. Horace took his time and checked all things related to my unit, he didn’t find anything wrong with the unit itself, but showed me and issue related to the platform the unit was sitting on. I was very satisfied with how this company handled my concerns.
