The manager of United Air Temp in my area is outstanding. These guys did a fabulous maintenance job on my system and cleaned my dryer vent.

Timely appointment, technician arrived on time as well and was professional. However I do have a complaint. Each time I have received service, the technician always try to sell another service. This is very frustrating for me.

I had a leak in the pipe that takes water to our hot water heater the leak started on Friday BGE was called and was to come out but we got no call no show, United Air Temp was called on Sunday and came out within 3 hours. The leak was fixed by Jordan in no time and our hot water was back. Thank you
