We had a great experience with Winters for replacement of a leaky HVAC coil and installation of a new mini split system in a dormer bedroom. We can’t say enough good things about Brian, who was a pleasure to work with — efficient, professional, friendly, and did a beautiful job installing the new lines needed for the mini split system so they looked neat and tidy both inside and outside the house!

The tech was great but he quoted me $930.00 to replace a part which I already bought but he couldn’t use because I opened the package. And replace a gasket on a vale. I called another plumber and it cost me $160.00 and the work was warranty. I think you need to reassess your app for quoting.

Appointment scheduled quickly. Tech (Chase) on time and efficient. Chase went above and beyond initial service request (replace broken water heater) to diagnose and eventually fix water pressure issue on 3rd floor bath. Best water pressure we’ve had in years.

Jesse and Tony examined my kitchen faucet and pipe problem. They recommend several options and let me decide on what course of action I wanted to take. They were professional, courteous, friendly, and above all very competent. I would have them come to my house to repair any future plumbing problems without hesitation. Highly satisfied customer!

We had a fantastic experience with Winters from start to finish - from a receptive and helpful time on the phone setting up our appointment to outstanding and friendly service from both of the employees, Zane Villandry and Andres Santiago. Zane shepherded us through a complete diagnostic for our malfunctioning ancient furnace, taking the time to make sure that we were on board with every decision, and when we determined that it was the right time to replace it, Andres did a wonderful and timely job. Very grateful to both for their professionalism in every detail.

Really helpful - had someone in place to immediately take my information. Received a call very shortly after from someone who could diagnose the problem over the phone. A plumber was here on time and really friendly the next morning. Ended up doing the work for less than quoted.

Brian was exceptionally detail focused, neat, knowledgeable, and fully explained what was happening. He was a workhorse! He left the place immaculately clean, despite a very involved boiler replacement. He made sure the system was fully functional as soon as possible and that I understood how to use the system before he left the job site.

The company was super responsive to my inquiry and I had an appointment for the next day. Chase was really friendly, professional, on-time, and did great work. Rates were very fair. Top quality operation.
