Jim Moulison responded to Sunday evening call immediately and scheduled an appointment for the following morning. David, the technician, came earlier than I anticipated. He is knowledgeable, calm, and confident. They are both a pleasure to work with.

I called Bright Star first thing this morning about my AC unit not working and within 3 hours Jimmy was here and fixed us up within minutes. Love this service and I highly recommend them!

David T. is very thorough and patience in explaining every step of the diagnostic process to me. As I do not know anything on HVAC. On the other hand, he has quickly found out the problem and immediately fix it and told me the best way to keep the system run longer and how to maintain it. I will have no doubt that I will look up for David T. when I have any future problem with my HVAC

Jimshowed up at my house on Monday at 9am and said he would put the quote for a new heating unit in my e mails that afternoon. Called on Wednesday morning said he would get it right to me called Thursday at 3pm and he stated he was too busy to do same won't be using them
