Mike and Logan installed our new furnace today and they were so pleasant! They found a firehazard from the previous furnace installers in the wires and fixed that up for us! We have heat now and are beyond happy!!

We have been using SAMS for our routine maintenance for a few years now. The technicians have always been on time and courteous. No problems with scheduling or having to reschedule. The technicians are knowledgeable and always let us know what is going on with our equipment. Recently, had to have a new furnace installed and the technicians were on time, even a little early and completed the project the same day. Kept us updated throughout the day about the progress and tested everything before leaving. So far, we have not had any issues with our new furnace.

This is the second time I have used Sam's Heating and Air and they are now my go to for our furnace. They came out the same day and were ontime. Zack worked on my furnace and was very knowledgeable and thorough with his work. He explained the parts I needed now and ones he recommended be changed soon. Even though we will need one eventually he didn't try to push purchasing a new furnace on us and found ways to keep it running as long and as affordable as possible. He also didn't seem to be bothered by my 4 year old twins while he worked. Sam's Heating and Air Conditioning is definitely a company with good work ethics, morals, and values!!!

Jimmy was on time, professional and extremely helpful. He repaired the issue at hand quickly and noticed a couple of other little things that he showed me, explained, and repaired. I’d previously used a large area HVAC company that had merged with another, but haven’t had great experiences. This is my first time using SAMs and I’ll continue to use them moving forward.

These are the guys you want to hire! Sam is a real craftsman who takes pride in his work. He is serious about training and developing his own people. They do excellent work! They are very knowledgeable and careful about doing the job properly. My furnace went out over a weekend and they were there Monday to install a new system. We love the new furnace and A/C. It has made a big difference in the air quality. I highly recommend them.

Very fast and professional service. I came home after work to discover my furnace had quit working and Jimmy arrived soon after I called and got it repaired and working within a half hour.
