Jeremy was Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He was on time and diligent in how he worked on my furnace. He pointed out things that were good and bad and was honest. Sams is a great business and I recommend them to everyone.

My first visit on new system installed in 2020. Everything about this service call was top notch. I would give Jimmie a 5 out of 5 in all areas. 5 being the highest. I had a lot of questions and he helped me with all of it.

I have worked with Service Technicians for 38 years when in Industrial Sales/Service and Jeremy is right up there with the Best of Them. He deserves a raise $ and a promotion.

Well, I had an appointment with the Air Duct Cleaner. However he could not clean the ducts because I had a moisture problem which had to be addressed first. Well Sam’s heating and air was recommended. I called they sent Jimmy D. Out the very same day, he found the diagnosed the problem. The problem was urgent because I had a mold problem from the moisture, so they sent out two technicians the following morning.
The job was quite detailed. I would like to say, they were very professional and wore the ppe’s .
They did a fantastic job I was very impressed because this is a diverse group of workers, I appreciated seeing how well they worked together. My total satisfaction came later that evening and early the next day. Before the repair I noticed that my clean kitchen floor was always kinda sticky I immediately noticed that it wasn’t sticky, smooth and dry also my knees felt better not as achy . The air quality in the house also waay better. I also didn’t get a headache like I normally do. So I now understand why it’s so important to keep my heating and air conditioner serviced regularly. I woke up New Year’s Day with no heat! Within 10 minutes I had Randy call me. Very professional and polite. He kept me updated in arrival and with everything he did. Quick amazing service. No wait time. Would highly recommend!

Zachary came out and fixed our a/c unit when we were dying in the heat. Very professional and explained everything that was happening. They were the only ones we could get to come out in a timely manner. Highly recommend SAMS.
