Nick visited our home as we are preparing to purchase and install a Generac home generator. I accompanied him as he visited the interior and exterior of our home. He explained what he was assessing, then sat with my wife and me to explain what different kw levels would cover. We received detailed estimates within a few hours. He told us which of our neighbors have Kelley-installed Generac systems whom we can consult. We feel we can make an informed decision.

Nick was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. He certainly inspires confidence in his abilities. We highly recommend him.

My power was out and I was operating off my standby generator when it suddenly quit. I phoned Kelley Brothers and there was a tech at my door within the hour. The response was immediate and the service was top notch. Greg had my generator running again in no time.

After inheriting them from a previous house owner that contracted them to put an elaborate system in, I became progressively disenchanted with their exploitative pricing and shotty service due to technicians that deliver but a management that is bent on over quoting and extracting money without any follow up or continuity of dialogue.

The last straw was when my system died and after three days I received a quote for a simple igniter kit upgrade that cost $150 (as I would later discover). The installation was a 30 minute process and they wanted $1100 for the job. After questioning the labor charge by asking for itemization they disappeared without response and moved on to greener (literally) opportunities no doubt. *** brought in a different contractor who installed the igniter kit and inspected everything with complete service for less than half the Kelley quote.

This company is a bad contractor where managers are bent on taking the money and running.

I recommend that you find another option. Their reviews on Google are solicited and don’t often genuinely reflect the service. If you look on Facebook reviews they garner a 4.1/5.

We decided to have a generator installed. Everyone we have dealt with from sales to service and office personnel have been super friendly and easy to deal with. Very prompt and professional service. They explain everything and answer any questions you may have. Great experience and would highly recommend
