AC giving me problems. Left message off-hours for Kelley Bros to contact me re: service. They called and had me scheduled super early the next day, better than I could've hoped for! They did what they could for me, but my AC unit just getting old, nothing they can really do that's worth putting good money into an old system, so we went over options including a new install. I trust their input, and most importantly, they take service calls seriously and do the best they can to get there fast!

Kelly Bros. texted me to let me know their tech Zack was on his way to my house to perform the annual service on my Generac whole house generator which was installed a couple of years ago. The unit now has 89 hours on it and has worked perfectly every time it proactively briefly runs each week and during each power outage we've had. I watched as he changed the oil and filter, replaced spark plugs and air cleaner. He then ran routine diagnostic tests and cleaned up the unit. He did his work like a surgeon. No wasted time or motions. He was friendly and polite and if I were his boss I would do whatever I could to keep him. At this point I cannot say enough good things about the Kelly Brothers operation. Thank you!

I had a Generac generator installed. The team was knowledgeable, polite & thorough. Very pleased & plan to use them for maintenance if price is right.

The guys were right on time and very thorough on installing my whole house generator. They were conscientious and made sure to keep me in the loop on what was going on. Good company, highly professional and highly recommended!

We had a whole home generator installed this winter by Kelly Brothers. The whole experience was wonderful from the sale to installation to final inspection. Everyone we spoke to was professional and kind and took the time to answer all our questions. After losing power last summer for about 7 days total, it is nice not to have to worry about that again!
