Hello, my name is Lisa Whitaker and I’d like to publicly thank Mario G. and Aden from Family Heating, Cooling, and Electrical in Madison Heights. They provided prompt, professional, same day service for a very reasonable cost. In addition, the two gentlemen were calm and reassuring with me and my questions because I was anxious and worried since 1/3 of my home had no power, but 2/3 did. Thank you again, so much, Mario G. and Aden and we’ll be calling your office for future service needs.

Mario B and Aden were friendly and professional. Their work was well done, and completed quickly. I use Family all the time for various needs, and have never once been disappointed.

Mario B. and Aden replaced the exhaust fan/light in our primary bath. They were knowledgeable and professional. They used a tarp on the floor in order to minimize the mess, which I greatly appreciated. They checked every aspect of the installation thoroughly. I would recommend them highly and I will request their assistance with future electrical work.

Mario and Garrett came out and installed a circuit breaker transfer switch box, they did an awesome job. Excellent installation inside and outside. Walked me through proper procedures. Everything looks very tidy and clean. Have used Family for years, they have never disappointed.

Very professional, arrived on time and worked diligently to complete the AC replacement. They were respectful, thoughtful and very thorough.

They went above and beyond to make sure we understood our system, the maintenance required and warranties and followup items.

The people working here are amazing as well as knowledgeable from the gals in the office, to the gentleman who quoted my job, to the techs who came and installed my unit. The spot on communication and response times were amazing. The knowledge I received as a single woman was so helpful to use down the line as a home owner. The gentlemen installing the unit really worked well together, there conversations to each other completing the job were uplifting and positive. I'd recommend Family Heating & Cooling a hundred times over. They left an awesome impression on me!!!

Esam was a real pleasure to work with and a total ace in terms of problem solving. In just a few minutes he found what others missed. Communication was efficient and he explained things perfectly. Thanks also to the office for getting me in as quickly as you did! All around I would say this is the place to call. I know it’s the only place I’m going to call from now on. It can be stressful to deal with these kinds of repairs, but they made it a great experience!

The installers Robert and Chandler were very nice, and were very professional and answered any questions I had. They did a great job installing my A/C. I would highly recommend.

Had my gas water heater replaced. When I called, they answered all my questions and fully explained the cost and warranties. The techs, Robert and Stef were outstanding. They did a thorough, professional and efficient job. They explained what they had done, how to operate the system and some good maintenance practices. I was well satisfied with their work.

My posting was ported to Iowa. Same company name.This company came to my complex recently and did a repair i was not home left my doors open including furnace door i don't have a key for and i had to change my locks.
