Holland Heating and Cooling

We needed to replace our furnace and AC this year and weren't overly excited about it. Holland Heating & Cooling was amazingly patient in discussing our needs and helping us find a solution we could afford. Bill, Michael and Howie (job #HD901025) installed our new units on January 2nd. They were incredibly professional, efficient and clean and worked well with other trades people that were in our home that day doing unrelated work. They took the time to walk through the furnace operation and maintenance instructions with us and we look forward to them coming back in the spring to charge up the air conditioner. I would definitely use this team to do my installs again!

Yesterday Damon and Ryan installed a furnace and an air conditioning unit at my home. They did an outstanding job! The sales person Jerry said they would be there from 9 to 5. At 9 am they were at my house, they finished the job at 4:45. They did a great job taking out my old unit and installing the new one. They never took a break and they cleaned up completely after the job was done. There are no hot spots in my upstairs and the air feels so much cleaner, even in the basement. I am very happy with my new air conditioning unit.I am also very impressed with Damon and Ryan, they stuck with it until the job was finished. They didn't even stop to take a break. They were very courteous and polite, and their workmanship is top notch. I would definately recommend Holland Heating to anyone looking for a new furnace.

Job and Eric did a great job with the installation of my furnace and air conditioning units. They went above and beyond what the job entailed and made repairs and improvements to some existing issues. They say that the furnace will only be as good as the installation, and I feel confident that the installation was excellent. I had other estimates, and some were less, but I felt most comfortable with this company.

I was in the Owosso Home Depot where Stan the Holland rep was very friendly he set my appointment. Then Jerry League came to my house he was very knowledgeable he made the decisions easy with his wealth of knowledge. He got me financed in 5 minutes! I got my new Furnace and AC installed the next day (10-17-13)! The installers Damon and Bill were very friendly and efficient. They didn't mind me checking in on them asking questions, they explained everything thoroughly, I appreciated that. I would recommend Holland to my friends and family for sure! Thanks!

We were extremely impressed with the skill, professionalism, and courtesy of everyone at Holland Heating when we purchased our furnace, air conditioner, and hot water heater a few weeks ago. The technicians, John, Joe, Scott, and Mike were wonderful. They did a great job. Jason/Andy were outstanding on the installation of a new furnace/air conditioner. They both acted very professional and were very courteous. They kept me updated on the progress of their work and fully explained how to operated the new furnace/air conditioner The cleanup was excellant also. Thanks guys you did a great job.

Job and Eric installed a new furnace for me today, and they did a great job. They were very polite, timely, and clean. They did the work in less time than expected, and left no mess at all, as well as went above and beyond my expectations with the installation. I highly recommend these guys.

What a great company!!! from the sale guy Jerry League, to Todd, Cramer and Randy. I had a new furnace installed. On top of that they had to move a water heater and re wire and re-plumb the gas line in my old house. The work was perfect and they did a great job cleaning up after. They never took a break and worked for 8 hours plus. I was very impressed!! I would highly recommend this company to everyone!!! Even the girls on the phone Judy and Julie where nice and friendly. I haven't had this great of customer service in a long time…
