Holland Heating and Cooling

Yesterday my furnace, and a/c was installed by Jason, and Andy. As representatives of Holland heating, I cannot praise them enough. I was very impressed with their professionalism, and the quality of their work. The job was done in a timely manner, and all was clean when they left. They went out of their way to instruct me in the proper operation of all systems, and were true gentleman all the time they were here.

TJ and his crew, Eric, Frank and Kevin the electrician, installed a new furnace, air conditioner, filter and humidifier at our house today. The price for this work was extremely competitive, but the service was not at all cut-rate!
TJ took the time to figure out the best venting location for our circumstances, explaining the choices to me clearly. The whole crew was courteous and professional, worked very efficiently, and stayed late to finish up on the same day. When they around 8pm: we had a functioning, efficient and very quiet furnace.
Thank you for a great job (and for tolerating my young and boisterous Aussie!!).

I'd been thinking about replacing my 38-year-old furnace for several years, but kept procrastinating. Then I happened upon the Holland Heating & Cooling rep in Home Depot. I set up an appointment for an in-house consultation and 3 days later I had a new furnace and air conditioner! I had expected the process to be much more inconvenient and messier than it was. Kudos to Damon and Cramer who were polite, efficient and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves!

These guys, Randy(tech), Andrew(tech), Jerry(sales) were incredibly professional and respectful. They exceeded my expectations. They were knowledgeable, articulate, and undoubtedly the most polite people I have ever dealt with in my life. The installation went extremely smooth, clean up was thorough, and demonstration of features was detailed. These guys took the sting out of having to buy a new furnace. lol. I was very impressed

I was very pleased with the knowledge and professionalism exhibited by Jared, a technician employed by Holland Heating and Cooling, Inc. out of Davison, MI. Jared came to my home to consult with me regarding a power vent hot water heater to ensure the installation and unit were appropriate to my home. We scheduled an appointment to perform the installation. Jared worked non-stop until the installation was completed. He demonstrated knowledge and expertise in the process and I was equally impressed with how neat and clean he was during the process. For example, Jared placed a runner over my carpeted basement steps to avoid getting dirt on the carpet. He also cleaned up the entire work area when he was finished with the installation. When the installation was completed, Jared took the time to show his work to me and my wife, and explain how the unit worked and offered some professional advice for maintenance of the unit. I was very satisfied with my experience.

Just want to say thank you to Frank and Eric. Our furnace went out on 10-18-13 and it was beginning to get cold at night. On 10-22-13 Frank and Eric installed a furnace and air conditioner. They were very patient with my husband and answered ALL of his questions. Both of the gentlemen were professional and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves. My husband and myself recommend Holland Heating & Cooling Inc.

I can't even begin to describe how happy we are with Holland Heating and the service they provided us between the furnace that we installed in March of 2013 and the AC we just had replaced yesterday. We knew we were dealing one of the bigger companies in the area, so I guess we weren't expecting the individualized and personal service that they provided, Not only was their attention to detail top notch in taking care of us, but they are head and shoulders above any other HVAC company I have ever worked with as far as the knowledge that their staff possess and the willingness they have to do the job correctly. You can rest assured that if you hire Holland Heating to do the job, they will not cut any corners on the way to doing it right.
From our initial call for "no heat", when Brett came out to diagnose our furnace problem and laying out all of our options for how to fix it, to the install of the new furnace by Roger and John. We knew we'd be customers for life at that point. With the crazy hot and cold weather this fall, we were going between using our AC and our furnace when I noticed that there was water leaking from the coils of the AC down onto the furnace. Jared was able to diagnose that problem and again laid out the options for us as far as repair or replacement. Ultimately, we decided to replace the AC, for the peace of mind and added efficiency that a new unit would give us. After making the decision on which unit we wanted TJ and Bill performed the install. I have to say that they did a job that I never even thought was possible. The old AC lines into our house ran through the garage and we had about 30 feet of exposed line. They took the time to run the lines through the end wall of the house and across the joint spaces in our finished basement, without having to open up the ceiling. There is now less than a 3 feet of exposed line between the AC and the house. I am still amazed that they were able to get the lines run that way, but after all of our other great experiences with Holland, I am not surprised that they took the time to do a job that they would be proud to put their name on! The people that make up this company all seem very committed to giving the best experience and best value possible to their customers in a time when tough and expensive decisions have to be made. Also, I can't forget Judy. She works in the office and has handled all of our financing and payment issues. Whatever the issue has been with the third party credit service, she has been able to fix it very quickly.

I had a leaking, water heater removed and a nice new water heater installed by Randy. The service was wonderful! He was very professional. He told me how long the install would take, clean up after himself, and asked me if I had any questions, and gave me care instructions for my new heater. I am very pleased.

John, our technician replaced our worn out central air system and did an excellent job. The time and attention to the details was greatly appreciated and he left the work area looking way better than it had been. We have ran the air today and are very pleased with the Ream we purchased - way quieter than the one we replaced. Thanks to all at Holland who helped us. When we finally get rain, I will get the weeds pulled and continue our improved look!

Hats off to the crew at Holland Heating! Doug provided a detailed and thorough estimate. Joe, Cliff, Scot, and Erik did an outstanding job installing our new furnace. As this installation required much time in the crawl space under our house, it was a difficult installation to be sure. Adding a temperature of 94 degrees made it even worse. These guys dealt with it with extreme professionalism. Their courtesy and professionalism reflects great credit upon themselves and Holland Heating.
