I was very impressed with not only the professionalism with Jason and Frank, but with how Bob accommodated us with price matching from another bid. We had a new furnace and ductwork put in, along with an AC unit and humidifier. I was expecting the job to be noisy and a bit chaotic, but that wasn't the case. There were many times i nearly forgot they were working. I am very pleased with their work and how quickly they got it all done, despite that the project wasn't an easy one. They took the time to show me how everything worked. I'm looking forward to keeping warm this cold season! Thanks again guys!! :)

Nick and I were very impressed with Damon and Franks installation of our new furnace and air conditioning unit today. They were very courteous and went right to work tearing the old units out and were done with the whole project the same day. They answered all Nicks questions in a very intelligent manner and we were pleased with the cleanup.

Jason, Cliff and Cramer were outstanding installers. They installed a new Trane HVAC system in my home and it looks great. Clean neat and user friendly. The entire time they were in my home they were very friendly and helpful. They were careful to keep my home clean during the installation, putting runners down my basement stairs and cleaning up after the job was completed.

I would highly recommend Holland Heating and Jason, Cliff and Cramer. If their follow-up warranty and service is anything like the installation experience, this will be will one of the best purchase experiences I have ever had.

Job & Joe did a wonderful job, The install was done professionally, efficiently, and with literally no disruption whatsoever. Both were courteous, friendly and technically competent. We just wanted to give a shout out to John and Cramer who came out to install our brand new Trane furnace yesterday. They both worked so hard and were very kind and polite while here. They wouldn't stop working until they were completely satisfied with their work. Everything was cleaned up nicely before leaving. John even made a follow up phone call later in the evening to make sure everything was still working well. Highly recommend them both and thankful for such a positive experience. This is a full service group that works with their customers to identify their actual needs, making sure that the equipment is correctly sized. They offer quality products and services to fit different budgets and plans.

It started with a visit to Home Depot where Stan Bates set us up with a no cost or obligation assessment. Doug Griniger spent just over 2 hours looking at the existing equipment, the layout of the house, and many feature before laying out several options. The "soft sell" approach, marrying up the equipment, right budget, being flexible on options and discount helped make the decision easy. When we pulled the trigger, the new system was fully installed 3 days later (furnace and AC).

My grandfather was a craftsman and always said you could judge a person by 1) the way the treat their tools and 2) how they clean up at the end of the day or the project. The team of two (TJ and Eric) that performed the 2-day install did a great job. By great, I really mean GREAT! They leveled up the new AC unit on an improved platform, installed upgraded supply and exhaust air for the new furnace, identified and fixed issues with the existing water heater (older install was not up to code) and fixed it while hooking up the humidifier supply, found an issue with the thermostat wires that were quickly fixed and resolved (this could have been a big issue, solved in 30 minutes). The attention to detail was there throughout the job and they worked late into the evening both days. The end of job clean up was fast and thorough because they managed the debris in real time.

One final bit of advice. If you are in a position to "plan ahead" then there are real opportunities. The company is always looking for ways to bring in new customers, so if you can see a need for their services and it's "off season", there might just be a promotional opportunity out there for you. If you wait for your existing equipment to fail, then you'll have fewer options and might have some scheduling issues if everyone gets busy at the same time. We were looking at 20 year old equipment that we knew would need to be replaced, but it still worked OK. But waiting another 5-10 years at 85% efficiency did not make sense, especially when systems usually fail during peak load (AC units fail in the summer and furnaces fail in the fall / winter - just the way it works!).

Great Customer Service & Quick to Respond: I filled out the web form and got a quick response from Holland Heating. The technician, Jeff Pratt, was very knowledgeable and polite. He was very clear at communicating what the different parts of the repair were used in the whole heating system and showed me how to do the maintenance on some parts of the heating system. I would definitely call them again based on the whole customer service that I received. Thank you Holland Heating.

Installation of new furnace was done in a timely and professional matter. A tarp covered the carpet to prevent carpet stains from the crew. The area was completely cleaned up after the job was completed. Installers Joe and Bill where friendly, knowledgeable of their product. Job well done....
