Called First Heating and Cooling at 9am Saturday morning. Ryan was very understanding and had a technician out to our house just a few hours later at approximately 12pm. The technician was outstanding - explained everything he did to fix the furnace. The repair was done quickly and professionally. Best of all, the detailed bill was very thorough and super reasonable. Outstanding service at an excellent and timely service and we didn't have to break the bank because we needed the technician come out to restore our heat during their off hours. PERFECT!

We have been customers for years. Ryan and his team are always professional, timely, friendly and priced fair. They go out of their way to help you in an emergency. We have had them install both a new furnace and A/C as well as routine maintenance and repair. I am happy to recommend them to my family and friends.

Had a furnace installed earlier this year in February. 1st heating and cooling were super responsive when we were without heat to come out when I needed a second opinion on a new furnace and their techs were extremely kind, informative and professional. They came out to install the new furnace a day or two later and furnace was great.
This past weekend the furnace had an issue that hadn't been seen previously that involved a motherboard needing to be replaced. Still under warranty, their techs came out and replaced the part quickly and we resolved my issues with minimal time spent in the house without heat.

Again, super professional and down to earth gentlemen definitely recommend their services!

Provided advanced notice of arrival, updated frequently and arrived when expected. Completed repairs at reasonable rate and signed me up for annual maintenance service. Completely Satisfied

I had an excellent experience purchasing a new furnace for my home. From the technician who came out on the original service call, to the sales manager who came over (he spent a solid 2-3 hours with me making sure he understood my existing system and all my different options that existed to make my system better), to the install team, etc. They are first class through and through, and I will recommend them to everyone.

I called over 10places on a cold December day when my furnace went out. They were the only company that answered and I thank them for that.

So my furnace was making a loud humming noise and I called 1st Heating and Cooling of course on Sunday night and Ryan was at my house first thing Monday morning. He explained what the noise was which was entirely my own mistake and fixed it within 10mins. He stayed and answered questions and showed me how to correctly put my filter in.
This company’s professionalism, ,service and knowledge is unmatched.

Wow!! Im so impressed. I really don't write reviews, i just give my stars and thats it. But these guys not only installed my new hot water heater, the price couldn't be beat. I was worried that " Your get what you pay for" with the reasonable pricing, but their service didn't just stop there. We had a super windy evening and morning and it blew the heater out. I couldn't access it myself because i was headed to work and my family was home without hot water. So i put in a service call, figured they'd be out in a day or two, but they showed up less then an hour after my call. Im extremely satisfied and would highly recommend their services to to any friend or family member all day long.
