Always amazing service. Contacted them after my gas furnace wouldn’t light. Wes came out, diagnosed the issue and resolved the situation. The furnace is 20 years old so he also gave me quotes which he explained in detail. Thanks again Ryan and Wes!

My dealings with everyone from 1st Heating and Cooling, including one of the owners, Ryan has exceeded my expectations as a customer and a consumer. Ryan came out to provide an estimate and was beyond knowledgeable and is an expert in this field. He went beyond what expected and provided me with top notch communication throughout the entire job, which was done in a timely manner. His crew was professional and cleaned up behind themselves as well. I know I am in good hands with this company. I would feel comfortable recommending them without hesitation.

I have recently had 2 separate issues at my home.
My 1yr old water heater stopped working and now my A/C also stopped working.
I’m a single mother that does not know a thing about maintaining either of those. I was so worried about price after just having installed a water heater from a previous company.
The first time I called I spoke with Ryan. He was so calm and kind and listened to all of my worries/concerns and said “No problem we’ll come out first thing and get you’re hot water on so you can get ready for work.” Wow! I could begin to relax!
At 730am Wes showed up and went right to work. He found melted wires which (thank goodness) shut the heater down. He quickly repaired it and explained everything in the process so that I could understand what happened. He was extremely knowledgeable professional and kind. He encouraged me to keep in touch if I had any issues that day.
Today Eric showed up (also early morning) and took a quick look at the A/C unit and knew within 3 minutes what was wrong. A part needed to be replaced and within 15 mins my A/C was back on! Just like that! Again Eric was very professional, knowledgeable, kind and also gave me a few tips on how to get better performance from my super dated unit.
The staff at 1st Heating and Cooling is wonderful! They’re all very experienced, knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. They truly listen to your concerns and all without overcharging! Thank you to all the staff at 1st Heating and Cooling! You’ve saved me and my daughter twice now!!

A HUGE heartfelt Thank You to 1st Heating and Cooling! Our furnace was pushing 50 years old in the home we bought 7 months ago and just needed to go. 1st Heating and Cooling is great. Free, informative quote by the friendly owner, Ryan. Good about returning phone calls and Amy, the girl in the office was very personable. They seemed busy but worked with my schedule and arranged for a technician to come the next morning. The job was done quickly and efficiently with the technician (Tom), explaining what he was doing each step along the way. Very thorough and left my home cleaner than when he entered! Would recommend highly.

Update: Recently called upon the services of 1st Heating and Cooling again when my furnace stopped working. Their technician (Eric) came out quickly and was clean and friendly. He explained that the inducer fan was bad and ended up replacing the pressure switch as well. The price was fair and well explained and now the furnace is quieter and works great.

This company consistently provides the kind of service that all businesses should strive for!

Excellent experience from first phone call. They did an excellent job with scheduling. Furthermore, when you see an ad in the paper there are many companies that try to get into the door and upsell/upcharge you. This company did not do this at all. Was very honest about the issues. I trust them 100% and am looking to do business with them in the future
