We have two furnaces and two air conditioners in our home. Both units were installed by Steve. Steve has came within his quote, showed up ahead of his scheduled time, worked extremely clean and neat, and removed the old equipment carefully from a tiny space.

Additionally, on short notice he connected our gas range. However, most impressive was his willingness to take care of all paperwork for the gas and electric utilities! It was nice not to have to handle any paperwork!

We have (and continue to) recommended him to our friends and neighbors!

We utilized his services numerous times over the years from installation of new heating and air conditioning to new thermostat for our old house, as well as new water heater He is always on time very knowledgeable. He came (on time), quickly identified the issue and then fixed it. Turns out that the installer did not do a complete job and check the gas pressure. He did all that for a very good price.

I purchased a few Nest Thermostats for my home and was having trouble installing. I googled "heating and cooling minneapolis" and went through my options. Steve came highly recommended as you can see. I called 3 guys, and Steve was the only one that was willing to come out on a Saturday and help out immediately. He came in, found the problems, and solved quickly. He's a great guy and he knows his stuff. I will use him again in the future.

Steve was recommended to us by one of our friends. We've used him about 3 times over the last couple years and he's been unbelievable each time. Steve is brilliant. You won't find another honest and highly capable person to help you with your HVAC issues. The first couple times he came to our place to fix issues with our existing setup. I think one was in the middle of a snowstorm, and the other was on 12/23. He was very thorough and responsive... and made sure we weren't cold.

Recently we had him replace our furnace, A/C ducting, humidifier, etc. He created the best setup possible and didn't break the bank. Now we actually have air flow. His work always surpasses expectations. I have the utmost confidence in his work. Steve takes great pride in the work he does and his attention to detail is exceptional.
