Wow - this guy was really rude. He hung up on me when I was explaining the work that need to be done. I got a “I don’t remove fireplaces, sorry” click.

How incredibly unprofessional. If/when we need heating/cooling help in the future, I won’t be contacting him.

Prairie West did a great job for me. Great price and quality install. Very clean install and finish on furnace AC combo. Good follow up on rebates as well. Knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. Highly recommend!

After years of issues with a flakey AC system barely cooled my house it had finally quit working. I had Steve assess the situation and he provided me an estimate to replace just the AC and one that replaced the furnace and AC as he said the furnace had a few more years of life. His honesty was refreshing. I had him replace everything, not only did he correctly size the AC system, his workmanship was second to none.

I have worked with this company three or four times over the years. Steve with Prairie west has always done right by me and my family! He’s very thorough and knows what he is doing. I would highly recommend him to anybody I know. He comes with a Master HVAC license and has now done work at a couple of my neighbors and well as three or four other family members!

Steve has replaced two residential air cooling systems and two heating systems for me. I can’t imagine a more professional, talented craftsman. Always easy with advice and suggestions to make things work better. Reasonably priced. Fast response. Stays until the job is done.

Steven has been incredible to work with over the years. Not only did he do a great job installing my new furnace and AC. He took the time to educate me on the features and benefits of the new units. He also bailed me out when I inadvertently turned my heat way down on New years eve and had some pipes freeze. Steven came out on new years day and repaired the damage at a very fair price considering it was a holiday. Very knowledgeable about heating and cooling systems. He was really efficient and he saved us a ton of money by putting in efficient systems. My heating and cooling bill decreased considerably!!! Other people told us we couldn’t get an efficient heater put in our house because of the age of the house, Steve figured it out!!!

Steve(owner) showed up promptly and repaired our hot water heater for a fair price. The wife is so happy!. We wouldn't hesitate using him again for future repairs.
