The technicians went above and beyond to resolve
our electrical problem and saved us plenty of money on repairs that would have had to be done. They came in and figured out the problem related to a burned wire that was in wall of our home that had caused a problem with our kitchen island electrical work. They searched and traced the where the damage wire was which end up being a in a bedroom closet. ( go figure). I can’t thank them enough for there effort and time and would highly recommend this team to any one in need electrical , plumbing and heating. The office team and dispatcher are friendly did a great job in keeping us on schedule and informed about what was going on. Kudos RW!! y’all rock..

Through a long battle with my home warranty my air is finnaly running. I dealt with issue after issue over the last 2 months. RW Heating and Air came out and replaced my evaporator coil and compressor, shortly after that repair my condensor fan motor died. RW came back out and replaced the fan after another tiresome wait on approval from my home warranty company. The fan replacement went well, unfortunately three hours later the system stopped working. I called the after hours line and was linked up with a technician named Shawn. Shawn walked me through a very detailed trouble shooting process and helped me narrow the issue down to the thermostat. He spent around 2 hours on the phone with me while taking care of personal things at home. After a trip to Walmart for a new thermostat I got the air working around 12 AM last night. Had it not been for Shawn, I'd still be hot!

I had a clogged toilet, actually it was the drain line and they did need to pull the toilet to properly snake it. Long and short they were at my home for 2 less than 2 hours, paid for 2 hours, and their markup on wax seal, a valve and a few other items was 4X what you could purchase them for at Lowes. OH, and they charged me an additional $175 to use the snake; clearly something they could of and should have mentioned. Long and short it cost me $644 for the privilege and I feel like I got the Roto-Rooter treatment instead of my toilet drain. I only used them because they were able to come out same day versus my normal guys where I'd have to wait days. Unless you like PISSING away your hard earned $$, avoid them!!

Great business. Always fair prices and they can always best the competitions pricing because they don’t price gouge or hassle their clients. Highly recommend. I’ve been using them for years now.

My technician was a gentleman by the name of Todd (dunno his last name) he showed up earlier then the time that was given to me, which was a REALLY REALLY good thing... informed me on what was wrong with my hot water heater, he was VERY thorough with informing me about my water heater situation & SAVED ME MONEY! I’ll recommend them to ANYBODY!!!!

If you need parts or any kind of work done on your air conditioning or plumbing these are the guys to go to. I was very impressed with the shop and how quickly the staff was able to help me find exactly what I needed. These guys are very knowledgeable very professional very prompt and I would encourage avoiding the hassle of going to someone else. Definitely go see these guys First and save yourself time and money!!

Replaced the starter capacitor and got AC going within an hour. The only problem is starter capacitors run around 50 dollars and I was charged 350 for the part.
