Great company with great prices. I've had them install 2 new HVAC units, replace entire electrical box, and did maintenance my hot water heater. They are always on time and gave excellent customer services skills.

I had Todd work on my bath tub. He was able to quickly help me with the plumbing repair and get me working. He charged what I figured as a nominal fee and got me working again. Thanks guys. Highly recommended.

I called for an estimate for two water heaters. The gentleman they sent out didn't seem very knowledgeable. He could not give me a quote right away. The emailed quote was just a total. I asked what that included and what water heaters were included in the quote. All they said was Rheem. No mod, no warranty information. I asked for the additional information and it was never provided. Their quote was also $800-1000 more than other companies that came out.

This company was quick to respond and was good at communicating w me.

Don't trust them! They came to my parents house & stole their valuables stored in the attic. Then they stole a brand new air conditioning unit. Upset she went to the office to complain. They then stole her paperwork. She threatened to sue them. Two hours later they called to say they "found" her paperwork. She drove out to their office to retrieve it, but the new paperwork was doctored to say she gave permission to take away the good unit. (There was a unit for each floor of the house.) RW got $7000 to replace 2 units! Her handyman later found they had sabotaged her unit by compacting dirt into a pipe. Because of this she had to replace an entire ceiling.

Very pleased. This is one of those things I don't have to remember . RW always reminds me when it is time for my unit to be serviced. The office is very friendly and readily answers any questions I might have. I highly recommend them.
