My furnace stopped working late evening, 2 days before Christmas. I left a message after hours and received a call back within 20 min. Less than 30 minutes later John showed up. He was extremely nice, respectful and genuinely cared about the situation. He was able to figure out the issue quickly and stayed to make sure my furnace was functioning properly. He even took the time to answer questions without being annoyed or in a hurry to leave. I'm so thankful he was able to correct the problem at a very good price, even on an emergency basis. I've been a customer of a competitor for a while, however after talking to them and all they wanted to do was schedule an appointment after Christmas (it's 20 below), and they advertise emergency services. I'm switching to Comfort Systems permanently and highly recommend requesting John when you call. Thank you John and Comfort Systems for ensuring Christmas this year is Merry and warm!!

SOOOOOOO thankful for Comfort Systems Heating and Cooling! We woke up this morning to a brisk 47 degree house. Our usual guy was not responding and we needed heat quickly as I was working from home. I put a call in around 8:30 and not only was Tracy super nice and pleasant to talk to on the phone, but she was quick with getting me an appointment scheduled. I was told anywhere between 10 and 12 and Jackson called me at 9:30 to let me know he would probably be there a little before. When he got here he quickly was able to diagnose the issue, we had to let my furnace thaw out as there was a leak somewhere and he could not do anything with it until it thawed some. After he did another job he called to check in on things and started to head my way. When he got here he replaced the part that was necessary and got my heat working!! I no longer will be calling my usual guy, comfort systems heating and cooling will continue to get my business from here on out! Super honest and fair company! Thank you so much for helping heat my home!!

Thanks to Evergy's maintenance outage this morning, we woke up to a very chilly house. We flipped switches, turned dials and everything else we could think of to no avail. I called the office and was scheduled for same day service. Hanna showed up on time and had the system running in short order. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Can't thank your team enough!

Our aircondioner went out late at night, called Comfort the next morning and they worked us in that day, Hannah was the service the tech who came out,. She was very nice and professional. A great company to deal with. Five stars here@

Had my coil freeze up yesterday, so I called in and left a voicemail. Michael called me back in less than 10 minutes, we discussed the issue and he said he'd come out in 2 hours. He diagnosed the issue to a clogged drain and repaired it. Great service, excellent young technician. I highly recommend them.

John Reyna is the best of the best!!! He was able to come out quickly and work with my schedule. My AC was fixed the same day and he did a great job of explaining what was wrong as well as what my options were going forward. I will continue to use Comfort Systems for all of my HVAC needs. Absolutely impressed with this company. Jarred and Randy at comfort systems did an excellent job with installing a new American standard AC and installing a new return and humidifier. They answered any and all questions throughly and were very professional. The timeline they gave me for removal of the old unit and install of the new was exactly what they said it would be. Very professional and they know their stuff! Highly highly recommend this company.

Would highly recommend! Great experience and for a very fair price. Both Jared and Logan are very knowledgeable and friendly and took the time to explain everything. Logan made a same-day service call when we called about our AC going out. They ended up having to order in a part but Jared still got us up and running sooner than expected by fitting the repair in on a Saturday after the part came in.

Fixed a duct work issue I had been having. Had my regular HVAC company come out and they said it was fine. I knew that wasnt the case so when Randy showed up I explained problem and he found it almost immediately. Fixed!! Thank you Comfort Systems, you've got my business.
