    Logan and Randy had some particularly difficult challenges with my air handler coil but they figured out the problem and addressed it accordingly.
    It took several trips to rectify the situation but the end result is that Comfort Systems came through in the end. Even though they had four trips to the site they held true to their word on price quote. I could not be any happier with the level of service and integrity provided by this company!

    We had Comfort Heating and Cooling out a coupla weeks ago to work on our ac. Their tech was a very pleasant guy named Johnny (sorry if spelling is wrong). He was efficient fast, and didn't rip us off. He also had some good advice. We were very pleased with their service.

    Technician was very knowledgeable and very nice. He had my furnace running in a short time and gave me tips on preventing issues in the future. He even took a minute to relight my pilot light on the water heater. I will call them again!!

    On a hot day while AB May couldn't schedule me in for another 36 hours for an AC repair, Comfort Systems saved the day and came right out to help. I took off a couple of stars because the fix came down to replacing a capacitor. I looked it up and a typical price in a big box store was around $10. I even checked the exact same part they supplied. Comfort's materials/parts charge on the receipt was $80. Yes, that's 8x more! When I asked the technician, he admitted it was high but said they do a price comparison with other HVAC service outfits and are still cheaper.

    I wish all businesses are transparent with what their parts cost is...it is after all the title of the line item. Comfort Systems chooses to pad it to make the diagnostic service fee look more attractive.

    Logan came out to see what issues we were having and he has scheduled to get everything up to par. This is the customer service I came to know in the past. Will definitely use them going forward.
    He also stated that they are using screws instead of nails to install the ductwork to the joists.

    Not usually one to leave a review, but after dealing with the HVAC system they installed a little over two years ago, I feel I need to. One, they didn't clean up after themselves, leaving a mess for me to sweep up under the thermostat. Two, the pvc piping kept leaking and they had to come back several times over two years to finally fix it. Three, they didn't calculate correctly the amount of refrigerant needed, it was short 9oz. Four, just recently which I'm not putting on them, apparently there was a bad fuse in the furnace. But when the new company who has been good so far came out to fix it they discovered water was pooling in the pvc piping because there was a dip as it was not leveled correctly. I would never hire this company again and would not recommend them. For the cost of a new HVAC system they're not 5-star worth it.
