AFC Heating and Cooling

AFC Heating and Cooling should be the only place you call for HVAC work. Their communication is top notch and their employees are friendly, knowledgeable and do great quality work. I've used AFC twice this year and would not hesitate to call them again. They've easily earned a 5 star review from me and cannot recommend them highly enough.

They were out two hours after I called and got it fixed in less than an hour. Thanks for helping keep my house comfortable.

(Over charged) told me my ignition module was bad because the light wasn't on and it would be $340 for the part and $60 to install it. Part is only $130 and a 5 minute fix. But that wasn't even the problem, the module was fine. The technician said he wasn't familiar with my unit, charged me $155 bucks to look at it and still didnt fix it. Nice guy but didnt seem real knowledgeable. A&D heating and cooling was way better.

AFC came out during a bad cold spell and checked one of the rooftop units at my small office building. They got the needed part ordered and repaired quickly for me. Thank you!

I don't write a lot of online reviews but AFC deserves one. They gave a fair quote and stuck with it. A professional team that knows what they are doing. Will have them work on my next project for sure. Posted a pic of the project in action to show this is a genuine review.

My outside ac unit quit working overnight. I called AFC first thing in the morning. The woman I spoke with was pleasant and said that someone would be able to come out that same afternoon. I received a call before the tech arrived to let me know he was on the way. The tech was also friendly and professional. The ac unit needed a new part, which he had with him, so the unit was fixed quickly. My dad and brother both recommended this company and use them for their general contracting business. I can see why. They were friendly, professional and quick.

Will never use anyone but AFC again. Called them on one of the hottest days of the year for my 89 yr old mother. Where in and out with the A/C fixed in less than 30 mins! Service pro was great to work with! Definitely recommend this company!!

The time had finally come to replace our old R-22 unit which had a slow freon leak. Every spring we had to add 1-3 pounds and with the prices going sky high it was just time to do it. We were with a company that had us on their monthly payment plan to be a "preferred" customer. We had them quote a new AC and "free" furnace and nearly fainted when we looked at a low 5 figure price. We next called the company that did our neighbor's system last year. Again a low 5 figure price. We asked some friends who they would recommend and called AFC. What a pleasant experience! We have our new complete system at a great price. On the install day the crew showed up on time, prepped the house to protect our carpet and flooring and worked to completion, then explained all that they did. They worked on our home like it was their own. Thanks AFC, and should anyone ask us, we will sing your praises!

Had my furnace trip the breaker overnight, woke up to a 61 degree house with a 6 month old baby. I flipped the breaker back on and heard a loud pop in the furnace and had some sparks fly! It's a 25 year old Lennox so I expected the worst. I called AFC and within a couple hours we had a service tech on site and 20 minutes later he installed a new board and had my heat back on! Very grateful for the service, thank you! Very professional and timely, highly recommend.
