Aaron Winder is also very knowledgeable about AC systems, he reworked the wiring liked he promised he would. Everything is working properly and we are very pleased with how everything looks and feels comfortable moving forward with the company. Arron is a credit to himself and the Bumble Breeze company.

From the beginning, Scott made sure I understood more about HVAC systems than I ever thought necessary. He was very patient with my questions and helped me choose the best efficiency level for my home and budget. On installation day, William, Mike, Jordan, and Johnny were true professionals. Jordan explained everything that was happening and when. Each guy was very courteous and respectful of my home. They arrived earlier than expected and for sure were done way earlier than expected, too. I was able to review with William some of the plans I'd discussed with Scott about the installation--he was very aware and reassured me all would be done as agreed upon.
Overall, a great experience. HVAC issues in Las Vegas are no joke and I'm glad the team took such great care to work well, quickly, and to be so kind.
Oh! They also took care to keep the carpet and floors covered during installation and vacuumed on the way out.
After all the work of installing the HVAC was completed, Lester repaired the attic access to better than it was before.

Want to thank Bumble Breeze for the amazing job they did on installing our ductless ac unit in our upstairs master bedroom. Always so hot in the summer time so we decided to try this out and boy are we glad we did. Wes came out to give us a quote and was super friendly and professional and informative. Answered all our questions and didn't pressure us to sign anything right away. Decided to go with this company and got us booked pretty quickly. The crew that came were fast, professional, and clean. Wilton and the other gentleman were A+. Would highly recommend this company and will use them in the future.

Unfortunately for me, a neighbor in my HOA hired Bumble Breeze for plumbing services. We were given notice about a valve replacement that would cause water to our community to be shut off for 4 hours. I can only assume Bumble Breeze sent a plumber with no previous training or experience, as my water was shut off for 24 hours. I was not prepared for losing running water for this amount of time, so my family ran out of drinking water. It was briefly turned back on for about an hour or two the following day, and is now off once again as I write this. When I approached the plumber to ask for an estimate on the project completion, he found it appropriate to tell me to calm down and state that the water had not been turned off for 24 hours. While the customer service representatives and supervisor I spoke with on the phone behaved professionally, the skill and behavior of their technicians is highly questionable. I caution anyone from hiring this company for plumbing services. Clearly there is no sense of urgency even when an entire community is left without running water overnight.

Bumble Breeze was recommended to me by a friend and I’m very happy they did. Their pricing was extremely competitive and they were able to install my new units less than 72 hours from my approval of work.

Their installers were very responsive and conscientious and treated my home and my mini split install as if it were theirs. They completed my install in a timely and professional manner.

I will not hesitate to recommend Bumble Breeze in the future and I will absolutely use them again should the need arise.

The Service Technician (Jamill Payne) showed up on time and immediately diagnosed the problem. He offered me a fair preventative maintenance service offer, it was fair but on top of the repairs I’ll have to defer. Anyway, he understood and got right to work to fix the problem. Overall, my AC was back on in less than 12 hours. I’m sure I’ll need repairs again and I will definitely call Bumble Breeze again.

Did a major bathroom remodel that needed some new plumbing work done. Called Bumble Breeze and quick response. The work needed done was done quickly and very professionally Kane the technician knows his stuff and did an amazing job with attention to detail and actual concern about doing the job right. In this day and age when most companies don’t care about anything I have to say Bumble Breeze and Kane were really something else. Highly recommend their service.

These guys are nice, professional and do great work. My only problem was that he told me a new 50 gallon Bradford White water heater or similar quality would be around $3000. I called another company and they are definitely a lot cheaper. I will not be using Bumble Breeze to replace my water heater.
