Bumble Breeze

We used Bumble Breeze to clean our dryer vent from wall to roof. It was a great experience. There was a little dedicated gecko trapped in the lint.
Communication with the company was prompt & updated often.
Devin was friendly & efficient. We will be using them again for more duct cleaning.

Great work by Wesley and Scott on the same day purchase and install. Johnny and Larry did a fabulous install. Left the area spotless when they left. Everyone is so professional.

I have no issue with the way I was talked to, both technicians that came were very nice. I was getting a second opinion on an AC change and they couldn’t meet the price but they talked about repairs that could make it more efficient knowing I’m working with a 20yr old machine. He said with the problems I previously had, I probably have a leak and needed repair so I went that route. I got the quote and agreed. When Omar came he was great. A very nice man and explained everything to me. There was no leak so when time came to pay I was being charged my full estimate which was search AND repair. There was no repair so I couldn’t believe they were trying to get the whole price out of me. He called his boss and they game me 300$ off a 1000$ estimate for search and repair. I find it hard to believe that to search for a problem it costs 700$ and as we looked for more answers it costs about 300$ To search for a leak. Then we had our refrigerant filled but there was no way of how much we needed or what he filled, just whatever was on the estimate. I took the loss. $2700 for search, no repair and to fill refrigerant. I’m disappointed in the business and will take it as a learning experience. Family owned and very friendly and nice but it’s all about the $$$

This company has very professional , honest ,and reliable people. The technician Wesley Snell explained the situation and problem in detail without trying to rip you off. Very efficient, friendly and professional. We definitely will call them for all of our heating and plumbing problems in the future. I highly recommend Bumble Breeze.

Wes is very knowledgeable and explained everything so well. Having your HVAC go out on you the 4th of July is not fun, it’s hot! The entire team was helpful and friendly, it awesome to have them show up quickly & help us through the process.

Bumble Breeze sent out Wes, a field supervisor to check out my HVAC system. Wes was very professional and is very knowledgeable about his profession. While on-site he provided detailed information about what’s going on with my system and detailed estimates for replacement (more than one option). I would say the overall the business model they present is excellent. Look forward to the install.

Mike and his team of 2 additional men were absolutely the most hard working professional courteous team. Better than my own engineering team at my Hotel. They were persistent and consistent ! Brian McGill stopped by to help explain some issues in regards to a plumbing concern that I had. He took the time to explain things to me and give me options moving forward. He attempted to remedy the issue at no cost and earned my business with his company. I really appreciate the extra effort put forth and the stellar service provided.

Devin was our technician for our air/dryer vent cleaning. He was on time, very courteous, efficient, and nice. Very happy with this company! They went above and beyond to get a warranty replacement faucet, and installed it perfectly. Both techs we worked with (Daniel and Francis) are top notch, and the whole company was a pleasure to deal with. Not to mention that they communicate well and show up as promised!
