This company is fantastic! They respond quickly. Very professional. Mark was great to talk to, he helped us figure out what was best for us, which ended up being a new system installed. They were prompt in installing the new system. Great company and great people!

Bumble Breeze provided professional and friendly HVAC service for our home. The office staff was knowledgeable when I scheduled my appointment and communicated effectively about the technician’s arrival. All pricing was as expected and there was no upselling. Devin, our technician, took care to thoroughly clean our air ducts and worked around our family during the service. All work was explained and my questions were answered. I would recommend Bumble Breeze for air duct cleaning and other HVAC and plumbing services.

Rene was great. He was polite, friendly and professional. He took the time to figure out why my AC system wasn’t preforming to the standards it should be and check with a manager to verify the solution he came up with. I’d have Rene service my AC system again.

Please BEWARE AND BE VERY CAUTIOUS about choosing Bumble Breeze!! Do more research with other companies! My first experience with Vegas Strong, now Bumble Breeze, was good. I got quick responses from dispatch to get help when we really needed help. This caused us to continue using their services and we ended up needing to get a new HVAC unit. Spent thousands on a new unit that they highly recommended and was unfortunately their only option to choose from. We had it installed and now nearly 4 years later, we’ve constantly have had issues with it. There is a 10-year warranty on parts, but only 1 year on labor. All the parts we’ve needed replaced were covered by the warranty, but with issue after issue and having to pay their additional labor fees, I feel nickel and dimed to death. I understand that was clear up front, but I also didn’t expect numerous issue after issue on a new unit to the point where now we have coolant fluid leaking onto the coils. This replacement part is not in town and will take over a week to get here plus scheduling after that. This is Las Vegas where the heat is not kind. We also have a baby and a special needs child who has therapy at home where we need a working unit. I tried working with BB’s supervisor on what options I have as to a refund, replacement, etc on this LEMON unit. I was ENSURED they have NOTHING to do with the products they sell, and were not willing to do anything to help me other than to google Goodman and take it up with them. I found it unacceptable that this clearly defective unit that this company sold to us as a reliable product, was not willing to help their frustrated customer with a product they support. This unit is not even 4 years old and we’re now having to put out thousands more into a different company that has well-known name brand units that offer 10 year warranty on parts and labor and hassle free unit replacements if after several issues come up. BEWARE AND DO YOUR RESEARCH. I wish I had known this is how Bumble Breeze takes care of their customers.

The service was prompt and the technicians were professional and friendly. I was made aware of each thing they were going to do before the tasks were done. At the end, I was given recommendations for keeping my hvac system running properly.

Signed up for Bumble Breeze membership and my first experience was really great. Efrian the technician helped me understand the basics of AC maintenance and also helped me on the recommendations on ac units for longer life and care. Thank you team!

Excellent service from Frances. He was very knowledgeable and helped us tremendously. We had a prior install from another company that went completely wrong and Frances gave us the information we needed. He installed a new kitchen faucet with ease and timely completion. We will be using this company again.
