Precision Air

We had a breakdown on a Sunday after hours. We found Precision air on google and called them for service. We were very surprised that they could come out to us immediately. Dave P. got to us in about an hour and got us all fixed up. He was very knowledgeable and helped us understand how our system operates and how to properly maintain the air conditioner. He got us fixed in one visit, I would highly recommend Precision Air conditioning!

We purchased our air condition units from Precision 10 years ago and we finally had a problem with our upstairs system. We called for service and they got to us in an hour! We really appreciated the fast response. Dave P. came out and got us cooling again really fast! He’s a real professional and is an awesome tech!

We just had Dave P. out to perform the air conditioning maintenance on our new system. He is very professional and a great communicator. He gave us some options on how to give more life to our system and provided us with all the details by email. Dave made it very easy to understand the necessity of these upgrades and we really appreciated the time he took with us. They are a great AC company!

We have using Precision Air since 2021 and they perform our Air conditioning maintenance twice a year. We had Dave P. come out today and enjoyed his service. He is very knowledgeable and he cleaned our condenser coils today which comes with the maintenance package we have. Our systems are older and he provided a detailed report showing us condition and gave us options on how to extend the life of our units. We enjoy our maintenance service and highly recommend Precision Air!

My service tech, Chris, was very informative, efficient, honest, and trustworthy. He brought photos of my unit down for me to review, and was very knowledgeable and forthright in his inspection. Pricing was up front with no hidden costs or high pressure sales. This organization has great customer service from the office administration to the technicians. I have requested that Chris be responsible my semi-annual inspections. and I believe you will receive the same courteous service.
