Colby and Diego came to maintain our home HVAC ,they did such good job, thorough, complete and professional. We appreciate and satisfied their work attitute.

Jay and Ryan were great and answered all my electrical questions highly suggest both of them.

(I bought a brand new ac/heating unit from Elite a/c & plumbing over 3 years ago, they never showed up for scheduled maintenance, parts are not assembled right, PVC leaks on my wall and and blame me it's my problem, )So I call Precision Air because I got tired of calling and arguing with people at Elite air. Hemal the repair tech at Precision Air find the problem soon as he see the unit.Hemal explain the problem that it's been leaking carbon monoxide , needed to replace parts asap, (parts they use on my new unit was used from my old replaced unit.) Hemal is very knowledgeable and fast with his work, double check and explain at same time. I'm very satisfied 😀...

Jonathan came and did my heating inspection. Great kid very professional and effecient. I will take his good suggestions under consideration.

Dominic arrived on time and carefully examined my entire HVAC system. Found a part that needed to be repaired or replaced, explaining to me he could clean rather than replacing saving me money.
Put covering on his feet was just part of leaving my home as clean and neat as he found it.

Yes, it has been hot and yes the unit was installed on one of the hottest days in Las Vegas. But, there is not excuse for this: 1. Many items were left up in our attic for us to dispose of, 2. the washer machine has terrible surface scratch, 3.. a 2x4 was broken at the attic entrance, 4. the new thermostat was a used thermostat which is at least two degrees off from the actual temperature and WAS registered to a different address - it was a used thermostat. For the COST of this unit, the cleanup/care of our property and the quality of the equipment should be nothing but stellar and NEW.
