Precision Air

Spoke with Chris and Raul. They had installed a new unit. They both listened to my financial situation. Gave me a very good deal. However, I was not able to meet them in person, since I had already sold the home.
My friends, Jesse and Hazel recommended Precision Air and they are very satisfied with their service.

I wanted a quote to change my 120V outlet to 240V outlet to use my electrical fireplace.
The electrician, Anthony was prompt and professional. He was very knowledgeable and explained the trade. He also explained the process thoroughly. He provided a quote within minutes.
I will definitely refer this company to my family and friends and keep them in mind when I need other services that they offer.
As for the quote, I’d have to think about it.

Precision Air sent Raul Gutierrez who was professional and not pushy but took his time to explain everything to me. Because of his truthfully answers the next time I have problems I will call Precision and I will recommend the company to family and friends.

David did an excellent job explaining the system and the part that needed to be repaired. His pictures taken showed the part clearly. He walked through the breakdown of why the system was not working, how he would repair the system and the cost to complete the repairs. David was very professional, very detailed in his description and very polite.

Chris (and his friend) was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and thorough. I was impressed with his willingness to help me figure out which air filter to buy--all of which he did without pressuring me to buy ANYTHING. I truly appreciate people that work hard, are friendly, and are without hidden agendas. Whatever Chris is being paid, it's not enough for he is remarkable!

My tech, Juston came out and did a fantastic job , went through our system and showed us pictures of the unit in operation and explained what was going on with our system. We needed filter replacements and our annual cleaning! Will use them again! 10/10

I contacted the managers several of times because of damage done to my floors when they installed my hvac system. Also the base board where my ac unit sits on is cracked which they did not respond back to regarding this issue as well. This shows the lack of professionalism and care towards their customers. I have been more than patient and have given them enough time to fix the issue or compensate me for the damage. There are plenty of other hvac companies in Las Vegas. Please do your research and choose wisely.

We had a weird company come out, and give a diagnostic on our 8 year old unit that they said the heat exchanger failed. It didn't sound right to me, so I called Precision Air, and Chris, Teleisha, Doug, and Lou came out and verified multiple ways the heat exchanger wasn't even broken! They took great care and explained everything, it's great to have a honest company that doesn't take advantage of older customers. They made a lifetime customer with me

Had a service with precision air to check out our heating system since it was our first winter. Hemal was our tech. He came out and was knowledgeable as well as informative about our heating components and what may be due for an upgrade. He did not push a sale for any of the outdated but working parts. After the service our upstairs thermostat had stop working. After reaching out precision air sent Hemal back out very fast and he had everything working in about 15 minutes and explained where the issue was. I would recommend this company if you’re looking for an honest company that won’t try to squeeze you and does good work.
