    The person who answered my initial call was very polite and kind on the phone. We were able to set up a next day repair very quickly. The day of, I received a call telling me that my tech was wrapping up the job prior to mine with a time quote of when he'd be there as well as a text when he was on the way. Dan was a nice guy, asked simple questions, and got to work immediately trying to find the source of my problem. Once he found it, he gave me multiple options to resolve the issue and laid out the costs very clearly. All in all, a great experience with this company. I highly recommend them.

    Terrible communication. He said they would give a 2-hour window frame to come to the address and never did. When I called up they said that the technician was already there and took a picture of himself on my porch. This is ridiculous because there was no one there and when I called them two times I got to run around. I would never deal with this company ever don't ever use them set around at another address that was nearby and when I called 2 hours later they sent a survey wanting to know how the technician Frankie did?? What a joke when I called to ask who the owner was nobody knew who the owner was when they work for this company give me a break.

    Got home on a Friday afternoon at 3pm to find out the compressor on one zone was not working and guests were on the way for the weekend and we were in midst of a heatwave. It was 85 degrees inside. I did a Google search and One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning popped up and had a large number of highly rated reviews so figured we would give it a shot. Spoke to a friendly rep and she checked with dispatch and said they could come out same day. I was skeptical. 10 minutes later, I received a text with info about my tech that was on his way. 45 mins later he was already at the house and working on the issue. The tech pointed out the problem, fixed it and we were back up and running by about 5pm. I could not believe it. Now, it wasn’t cheap but I was not expecting it to be and we really could not put a price on comfort last minute with guests coming to stay overnight. I was very happy with the service and responsiveness.

    I had an awesome tech named Matt, but he was absolutely fantastic. He was patient and waited for me to arrive at my home, as I was a few mins away and my wife is disabled. If that wasn't nice enough, he was very meticulos in making sure he had the problem figured out before and after the repair. He was friendly and cordial with my daughter and wife, and patient with me also. I can be a bit talkative sometimes. Awesome service, honest people, and quality workmanship is why this was not my first service from them. If you need your HVAC worked on these are the guys to call.

    Wow! A+++++! Any company needing improved customer satisfaction should learn from One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning! From the first phone call to the moment the repair man, Dan left my home after completely repairing my A/C unit was nothing short of amazing! Their CX abilities are spot-on!
    They sent me a personal text message with an ETA when the repairman would arrive along with a little info about the technician to help me feel at ease with the entire transaction. He identified the problem within 5 minutes, gave me options for repair, had the necessary parts in his truck and installed them within about 30 minutes!

    It was the middle of the summer and I was closing on a recently passed parents house and when the buyers inspected the house the heat wouldn’t function. I had just 3 days until the closing. From the initial phone call the office was extremely professional and courteous. The technician arrived within a few hours and diagnosed the issue and Knew exactly what the issue was. I felt part of the process from phone call for service through payment I was kept informed and felt the technician Matt really cared and understood my issue. I would absolutely recommend.
