Great service by Josh today. He arrived first thing to help us with an A/C issue and was able to quickly diagnose the issue and get our unit up and running in about 45 minutes. Also appreciated his recommendation to proactively use a sealant to address a potential pinhole leak, and the fact that they will come back in 3-4 weeks to confirm the system is working as intended

Woke up this morning and noticed that our air-conditioning was not working properly and the house was not getting cool. Went outside and noticed that the compressor was not working so of course I called One Hour Heating and Cooling because of their great reputation. I was given a window of time for the technician to arrive, between 2 PM and 6 PM, wasn’t expecting him to arrive so soon but Dan arrived by 3 PM to my surprise. He diagnosed our issue in about five minutes and began the repair immediately. In less than an hour everything was fixed and our house was cool once again to our relief. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional and really knew what he was doing. Great business with a great reputation and they really worked with us in order to make us happy! Would definitely use them again. PS the owner, Frank Horvath, is an outstanding local businessman and his commercials on local radio stations are second to none 😀👍❤️ BRAVO! The Rozzi Family

Was burned multiple times in the same week by HomeShield (no surprise) for leaking in my utility room from our HVAC unit. Had One Hour come out the very next morning, and fix some electrical issues with our unit. Unfortunately, we still had some leaking continue and so they sent someone IMMEDIATELY the following morning (Jamie McAuley) who was FANTASTIC and explained everything he was finding, and fixed the problem for good. We have kept our house nice and cool thanks to their care and good work, and will be using them going forward.

Let me first say I rarely write reviews good or bad. I am just relaying my experience with this company. You be the judge. Ok, we have a Schedule B flue pipe coming out of our roof from the furnace. It comes out about 3 feet. At the top of it is a high wind vent cap.This fell apart and needed to be replaced. (see pic). It's a one story , very accessible location. The woman who answered the phone was very professional. The technician who showed up was Brendon. Very punctual and professional.He took a few pics and sent them to his boss to get a price. Ok, so I see the surprised look on Brendons face as he is about to tell me the price. Now just to come take a look they charge $79. Anyway, the quoted price is $712. I pay Brendon the $79 dollars and say I'll wait for the invoice of the estimate to come by email. I get the invoice and it's not itemized. So I call and ask if they can break the cost down. She tells me they don't do that but I will check with the boss who came up with that price. He says it is an $80 dollar part. So what is the other charges for because even if they get over $100 for labor an hour, if it takes Brendon more than 30 minutes to replace he needs to find another line of work. Needless to say I called someone else and their charge was $145. The part was $45 and $100 labor. And the estimate to come look at it was free of charge. Now some will say replace it yourself and I would but when it comes to flue pipes and venting gas I will leave it to the pros. So you be the judge

I was very pleased with how quickly I was able to have a someone come out to repair my AC. I received a call letting me know the technician was on his way .Daniel was very courteous, clean, respectful, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it right away. This was a very enjoyable experience. the only thing I was not pleased with was the cost of the repair. I expected to pay a little more but not as much as they quoted.

Update: Just called on this company again for AC issues this time, still amazing service and my tech Rudy remembered us from the first visit when I got a new furnace! He's super cool and efficient. I would totally recommend this company. 👌
