Meyer & Depew Company

I have used Meyer & Depew in the past for my furnace and just yesterday, called for my central AC, which was on the fritz in above 90 degree temps. Their responsiveness is great. Technician Flavio called prior to heading over. Once here he promptly donned his shoe covers before entering the house. He explained what was wrong with my unit, what needed to be repaired, how much it would be and how long it would take. They truly strive to provide excellent service their customers. They are honest, fair, courteous, reasonably priced and above all very professional. It doesn’t get better than this!

My AC was out of order. When Jon R arrived, he quickly saw what the problems were. He then took time to explain the technical issues and answer my questions on what would be the next best step. He was knowledgeable and thorough. I would request him for my future maintenance services.

Maybe good for maintenance but if you have a bigger job to do then look elsewhere.

I wasted hours of my time over 2 different visits with them and their team. They gave me a proposal of which I needed to hunt down from them after calling and emailing asking for it…I was willing to go ahead with their proposal but I never heard back from them despite many attempts. Just kept hearing how busy they are.
Clearly they don’t have the time for new business or installation jobs.

Meyer & Depew installed my central air and new furnace two years ago. They were extremely professional and provided a quote for the work that was competitive. Today Mike came in to provide maintenance service to my ac. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

Christian called twice before arriving at our house to perform routine maintenance. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the visit. He not only recommended specific maintenance but also clearly explained his reasoning for the work. He also showed us via video why we should have certain things repaired or replaced. In addition he set up an appointment for a sales representative so we could compare replacing our current A/C system for a more efficient one versus just getting it repaired. If we need further installation and/or maintenance we would be lucky to have Christian return to do the work.

Wow, this crew was amazing, the most polite, efficient and hardworking installers I have seen in quite a while. Arrived on time, and got the job done in one day, even with outside air quality that was dangerously poor. Andre the sales mgr was equally professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely recommend Meyer & Depew toy friends and neighbors.

Technician was exceptionally thorough and helpful, even knew how to explore options on our complicated smart thermostat. Appreciated the extra time he took to do that. Actually showed up a couple hours earlier than scheduled, after phoning first. Excellent all around.

Cris was fabulous from beginning to end. Very professional, knowledgeable and congenial. He diagnosed the issue immediately and we definitely want to book him for our bi annual contract work!

M & D has been our Heating and Cooling provider and servicer for over 25 years. In addition, they installed and continue to service our home generator for 10 years. I would recommend them without pause. They are responsive, extremely knowledgeable and very professional in all dealings. They make you aware of issues with your systems and remedy them quickly

Serviced both AC units and 1 year maintenance on generator they installed last year. Lou was awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable, and worked clean and efficiently. He noticed an issue with generator install that was not complete. Noted this fact and will be back to fix it no charge.
