I was very satisfied with the services rendered by Mr. Mo who explained and showed me things I needed to know about my 2 ductless units on the inside of my home and on the outside panel.
There were 2 points that he left with the central office to be followed up, namely
2 faulty remotes and two missing valves
on the outside panel. I give him a rating of 10 for his care and professionalism.

I used Meyer and Depew to install AC in my new house because they worked with my mom’s house a few years ago and she raved about them. They lived up to the hype! They were on time, professional, clean, and speedy. My town also lost the paperwork for the permits for the outdoor unit and Gina at M&D resent the paperwork and expedited it with the town. We got it done before our wedding because of how much Gina pushed to get it done. Hands down incredible service, could not recommend them enough!

Beware before using. They refused to refund the $650 for an erroneous (and potentially fraudulent) diagnosis for an air conditioning repair.

Details:
My air conditioner was blowing warm. They sent a technician who charged me $650 to run some tests. First, he and the office seemed overly focused on selling a service contract -- repeated hard selling. Then he said my entire compressor needed to be replaced despite being only 7 years old. He said it would "be dangerous" to try to repair a leaking compressor. I had the feeling they were trying to upsell a bigger job.

Concerned, I got a 2nd opinion. The 2nd company said my AC coil can be repaired at a fraction of the cost of a new compressor. My compressor is fine.

I spoke to Meyer & Depew manager Chris. He refused to refund the $650 for the erroneous (and potentially purposefully fraudulent) diagnosis. He then lied to me and said one of the reasons they said I need a new compressor is that coils have a 10 week delay. The 2nd company ordered and received a new coil within a week.

I am challenging the charge via my credit card company. Please beware when calling them for your HVAC repair needs.
