Christian was professional and very knowledgeable. He did not leave until he felt the job was done well. Very thorough. He made some suggestions that will improve our air system and truly felt that he was probably the most knowledgeable and thorough technician we have ever had in the 28 years we have owned our home.

Christian was extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He came for our mid-year maintenance service call and identified areas where the furnace and thermostat were not properly communicating which could have resulted in a problem down the line. He programmed the thermostat and corrected the issue. He also made a wonderful recommendation for a purification system that will extend the life of the furnace. He is an excellent technician and able to explain intelligently the problem, solution, and benefits to the consumer of the repairs and installation recommendations so that I could understand and make an informed decision. I highly recommend Christian B as one of the best I’ve had walk thru my door! Thank you for the excellent service.

Mike was very professional thorough patient and detailed. He did everything possible to get my AC unit functional and operational. He explained to me very careful all options available and what needed to be done. I have been a Meyer and Depew customer for about 15 years and have never had one bad issue with the service. I would recommend this company to anyone for HVAC service.

Have used M&D for both a/c installation and conversion from oil to gas installation and maintenance since 2001. Have never been disappointed. Professional and efficient. Rafael has now handled maintenance for both and is wonderful and patient to ensure that this senior citizen understands what's going in with my equipment.

Thank you Meyer & Depew for servicing my Carrier Air Conditioner again this spring. Your technician "Mo" was amazing in every sense of the word. He phoned me prior to his arrival & went straight to work. We knew our system is on the "older" side yet he cleaned it up and ran all the tests, showed me pictures of he internal parts and what to keep an eye out for...fingers crossed we are good for another season.

We have used Meyer & Depew for the past 18 years. All the technicians have been highly skilled, but "Mo" stood out as a remarkable person and highly skilled technician. We look forward to many more years with Meyer & Depew as our HVAC specialist.

Maintenance on the heating/ac system and installed 2 surge protectors I was glad he was able to install surge protectors while he was here doing maintenance. Worked very efficiently and explained what and why he was doing things. Answered all my questions. Very pleased😁

Christian B. Was very friendly and professional! His knowledge of A/C systems is very obvious and he is very good at explaining things in multiple different ways, he gives technical descriptions that he further breaks down into very easy to understand terms and references.

Not only did I feel comfortable with his suggestions and remedies to my A/C I feel that I learned a lot about an essential part of my home thanks to Christian.

As the face of the company on several service visits, Jonathan has proven to be a credit to Meyer & Depew not only in terms of his professional competence, but also with his talent for communicating with the customer. The technician was very thorough in performing the A/C seasonal maintenance. He carefully explained everything he was doing and that made me feel very confident in his work. This was my first time using Meyer & Depew and I was very pleased.
