After being without heat for a day and half, I just have to say what a blessing Ibn Jackson is. He is an absolute professional! So knowledgeable that he came with the part on hand based on my feedback of the issue. Within 20 mins, I had heat! If you have any heating issues, do not hesitate to call Jackson's Contracting and HVAC.

I called AJ Perri to look at my leaky HVAC. They came and told me I needed a new unit costing almost 9000$! I called Mr. Jackson and he was able to come same afternoon, clear the problem and charged me a super fair price! His assistant Al was also very professional and helpful. I will never use another company as long as he is around! Thank you Mr. Jackson and Al for your help today! I am very grateful.

Mr Jackson and his team were punctual, professional and provided great service. He was able to provide me with a detailed summary, within minutes, that I was able to submit to my local township. He also flushed out my baseboard heating system. I wish we would’ve connected much sooner in my opening processes but I’m glad I now have him in my Rolodex.

Ibn and his wife are amazing!! Prompt, professional, reasonable, and skilled!! I found Jackson Contracting on a facebook page and requested a consult through the website. I had a faucet in my house that needed to be replaced because it was very hard to turn due to hard water build up and corrosion. I was contacted and scheduled promptly. I was so pleased with the service that I then requested 2 faucet replacements at a condo I rent. I asked if he could get the faucets and he did and I was pleased again. In the midst of this, I was experiencing AC issues and NJR Home Services, with which I have an annual service contract, had been out 6 times this year!!!! I also had 2 other companies out. All had made a variety of “repairs” yet and still my AC failed and my unit was leaking water onto the attic floor that was coming through the smoke detector on our master bedroom!! Needless to say, I was beyond aggravated! Also, the motor in our attic fan had died and determined there was a crack in the interior drip pan in the unit. NJR said it wasnt included in the service contract so there was an exorbitant charge to repair it. They also wouldn’t fix the fan motor. Ibn came and fix everything, determined that the motherboard had failed and ordered it as he couldn’t find it on the ground. He returned a few days later to replace it only to find that it was too large. But he refused to leave us without AC, so he figured out how to make it work until the correct one arrived. He has since been back and put in the correct one and our AC, which has failed repeatedly every summer of the 5 years we have been here is working like never before!!!! I am astounded and so happy!! I will recommend Ibn to everyone I know and will use him for every AC and plumbing job I have!! I already have at least 2 more jobs in mind for him!! He is going to get tired of seeing our faces!! Don’t hesitate to schedule your appointment with him if you are reading this!!

I reached out to this business to find out if he would repair the copper water line connected to my refrigerator for making ice and filtering water. When I explained to him what was happening he assured me that he could take care of the problem. He not only took care of my problem but was able to come sooner than he had thought he could and the problem was solved in a very few minutes. I highly recommend this business because, to him, no job is too small nor too big. He takes pride in what he does and customer satisfaction is what you as a customer will receive for any work he does for you.

On Saturday 06/29/19, Mr.Ibn Jackson traveled to Paterson to check my central air conditioning system that has not been working for over 5 years. In the past, I have had other contractors come to look at the unit in a rush and none could find what was wrong. Ibn was very positive he would find the problem, he took his time checking the entire system exterior as well as interior and soft spokenly explained to me what the problem was! Outstanding customer service and reasonably priced!!

Ibn fixed my central air conditioning system so well, all who visited me over the summer, complemented on how good the cooling system felt in my entire home!!

My old enerjet boiler was hitting 30 years when the burners began acting up. I was told that Crosstown Plumbing Supply would have the burners, but when I got there they were all sold old... Nevertheless, they provided me with the contact information for Jackson's Contracting and HVAC. The rest is history. I had a new boiler installed at a reasonable price. Jackson will hook you up...

Ibn was a lifesaver!!! I had an electrician over on Friday, July 17, 2020 to install the Ecobee Smart Thermostat with Voice Control. On Saturday, the thermostat was no longer communicating with the AC unit, mind you it’s a heat wave going on. The electrician came back on Sunday, July 19, 2020 to fix the issue (so I thought), and drops the bomb that one of the wires that is supposed to be hooked up to the thermostat from Ecobee’s PEK was not hooked up because there was no place to put it. Contacted Ecobee support, and they attempted to help. What they instructed us to do worked until sometime after 12pm today (Monday, July 20, 2020). In reviewing the app from my phone, I was able to see the thermostat was not connected to WiFi. As I suspected, there was no power going to the Ecobee.

I found Jackson’s Contracting and HVAC on the Black Owned New Jersey Facebook group. I contacted Ibn on my way home from NYC and he was able to stop by and fix the issue. I sure wish I would have contacted Ibn when I first got the Ecobee thermostat. Thank you again Ibn for all your help!
